    Justin just completed installing our new Trane A/C system. He is one of those rare individuals who takes pride in their work. He is most knowledgeable of the product and very particular in doing everything the right way. He does everything himself because he doesn't trust anyone to do things as thoroughly as he can. We highly recommend him and will continue using his preventive maintenance service in the future.

    My AC broke on a Sunday I called Justin at 3:00 p.m. on the anticipation that he would tell me see you Monday instead he told me he would be here at 7:00 p.m.. It is now 8:00 p.m. and the AC is back on and I even signed up for his maintenance plan which he's going to come back out twice to service my AC throughout the year what a fantastic service and job done. I live in green leaf in Nocetee and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know. Super professional and the fact he didn't charge me a 911 because it's Sunday speaks for itself.

    This is a little long but worth the read if you are remotely considering calling this company!

    I called Ball Air for duct cleaning and routine maintenance (first time trying them). Once Justin Ball himself arrived at my home, 6 Hours AFTER our scheduled time BTW, he hands me a "Ball Club" membership detail folder with a maintenance plan. So far so good. Directly after this he starts messing with my thermostat, opening my Air Handler and for some reason the electrical panel to my Outside Unit. Maybe that's routine however this whole time he is completely avoiding any mention of the "maintenance/cleaning" he was hired to do.

    All of a sudden he starts trying to immediately sell me on replacing my outside unit because my heat mechanism was not activating. He conveniently "happened" to have the exact size unit he had recently obtained from another previous job and it was "only 3 years old." At this point I go from having a $250 maintenance and cleaning job to a $1200.00 estimate (parts and labor) for a replacement unit.

    None of his logic made sense as to why I would need to replace an entire unit and not just the portion that was not allowing the heat to function improperly but he sure believed what he was saying. At this point he all but refused to do any of the original work we had called him for and persists to impatiently rush me to allow him to leave so he could go "back to his shop and check the unit he had". I was not buying any of this AT ALL! I called a company I had used in the past for a second opinion and wouldn't you know it? $130 Parts AND Labor to learn that Mr. Ball was in fact full of it and have the malfunctioning Contactor (Pictured) replaced.
    I was lucky to be skeptical enough to dodge the either Laziness, misinformation or even dare to say outright scam of this company and it's owner.
    If you do decide to call this dude, be VERY careful, watch everything they do and do not let them try to take advantage of you.

    Justin responded quickly for service on our air conditioning system at our rental property. He diagnosed the problem with a cost to repair. As this was on the weekend and the unit was not working, he performed the repairs in a timely manner for the comfort of our tenants.

    Justin was honest and informative regarding the cooling issue. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my HVAC needs. Call them, you won't regret it.

    One of my air conditioner units went out over the weekend. I called Justin and told him what had happened. He came out within the hour to take a look. He inspected both ac units and unfortunately found that one capacitor was dead and other one was weak. He immediately replaced both for a low price and he also added the refrigerant necessary bc the was none in that unit. Also, he cleaned the units, cleaned coils, flushed condensate drain lines. He also replaced both air filters.

    Justin has been providing great service to us for more than 2 years. We will continue to renew our Ball Service Plan to take care of our a/c unit. (Stephanie & Chris)

    Thanks to ball air my kids will sleeping in cool air tonight. Very professional and walked me through every step of the repair he was doing, which most would not do.i would highly recommend ball air when it comes to any a/c issue or concerns. Thanks Justin for being a trustworthy person

    Local owner that cares about what he does. Saved me from dealing with these expensive misrepresenting big box companies. Home Depot quoted me 1500 dollars... Ball Air 300.... It's been running for two years. Recently it went out again three days ago(it's 25 years old.... Lol). Not only was he here in 24 hours he could of charged a lot but it turned out not to be the fan but the capacitor. FYI... This is a legit review I want this guy to stay in business!!!

    Air conditioner went out on Sunday evening and temperature inside quickly rose to 85* . Justin came out , diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour with no emergency service charge so I could sleep comfortably without waiting til the morning to call out a technician. AAA+++
