My AC recently went out and Coastal Heating & Cooling was an amazing company to work with. Melissa got me a quick appointment and Will was on time and great about explaining problem and next steps with me. The prices were good and there were no "hidden fees" or added expenses after I received my quote. Coastal Heating & Cooling will be my AC Company for life!

I called on a Saturday in the middle of July because I thought our unit might be acting up. I was contacted an hour later and had someone at my house the same day. Lucky I called! Vernon showed us the issue which was getting worse and fixed it the same day. He was wonderful and explained everything. It was terribly hot but I made sure he was shaded and hydrated- take care of your technicians they are people working in horrible conditions (my very hot yard)! This company is family owned and delivers phenomenal service. They have our business for life!

Where do I start? How about Excellent, Professional, Trustworthy, Timely to start. From the phone (Melissa) to the end (William and all the techs), these guys are the best. We have used them on several of our Flip houses as well as our own home. Called at 7:00 am this morning and problem solved by 10:00 am...beat that! My message to you is CALL COASTAL first and you will never call anyone else again!

Called Coastal at 10 am when my home wouldn’t get below 80 degrees. Very uncomfortable in July! Spoke with Melissa and she was very easy to speak with as I explained the AC issue. Vernon came out at the scheduled time and within an hour, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and my home was back to comfort temp with a quickness!!! I highly recommend Coastal and will only be contacting them if future AC needs arise. Thank you Melissa and Vernon!!!

I am VERY impressed with Coastal Heating and Cooling and HIGHLY recommend this company. Will was our Technician and installed our new air conditioner. He worked many hours to ensure that we had cool air the same day. It turned out that our water pump was broken and our new air conditioner would not work without it. Coastal obtained a new water pump from its suppliers, within a few hours and installed it to ensure that our air conditioner was working that same night.

I was very impressed with Will's positive attitude, his technical skills and his desire to make sure everything was working correctly and to our satisfaction. The staff and owners are extremely courteous and knowledgeable as well and made it a very pleasant experience.

We had our A/C go out on our house and they came and fixed it right away after calling them which was 8 pm at night. They were very pleasant on the phone and in person and took care of our problem with no issues whatsoever at a very fair price. They were also very friendly with our cats and dogs at the house which they greeted with open arms. They cleaned up after themselves very well and left it cleaner than how they showed up to our house. I've used other A/C guys in the area but I highly recommend them for any Air Conditioning needs in the Jacksonville Area. 5 Stars

I highly recommend this company, especially the technician that came to my house. I do believe his name is Will. He showed up at 10:30pm after running calls all day and still had a good attitude about being there and made me laugh. It took him an hour and a half to fix my a/c and after crawling out of the attic he was still as cheerful as when he got there. Coastal y'all are awesome and as for the technician he is welcome anytime.
