Had an issue with my system and called Coastal. From the initial call with Melissa to the repairs made by tech Will to the follow up call by Melissa it was a pleasurable experience. Honest folks who still believe in good service.

They went so far above and beyond to fix my unit after hours on a Friday night! Service was amazing and I could not be more pleased. I will not use or recommend anyone else for my Heating and cooling needs! Coastal is the best!

I will never use anyone else beside Coastal. When I called and informed them of my issue, they tried to help me solve it first over the phone to save money while the other local companies made my small issue (that I knew was small) seem so large. When I wasn’t able to fix it myself, they came out the same day and was quickly able to fix it at such an affordable cost. Thank you so much!!!!

The technician was polite, but we were dismayed he didn't wear a mask, as we're in the middle of a pandemic, and we feel a business sending someone into a private residence should have them wear a mask out of prudence.
