Jean Francisque was my technician and he was terrific! Explained everything to me, came on time, did a great job and I feel I received excellent value. This company is a great community partner - big supporter of Boy & Girls Clubs - which makes them an even better business.

The company was very prompt and very responsive. The techs were very hard working and courteous.

Our air conditioner was installed by AirPros eleven months ago. Recently, we needed repair service for a leak. After signing the nondisclosure agreement, I can say we are happy to have our Air Conditioner working well. The leak was repaired professionally by the technician Andres Alemany. He was so experienced, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. It was a wonderful experience having him as our technician. Receiving our permit was another plus and makes us happy customers.

My first experience with having a new system installed was not necessarily a good one. However since then they’ve made the attempt to come in and fix the defects and repairs and they’ve been very good at follow up and being on time. I really appreciate Raul Giménez for doing a great job.

The mechanic was marvelous! He pointed out everything in my AC system that needed attention, and explained it in detail with simple easily understandable language. After he showed me all options and prices to fix what was wrong. He was polite and a gentleman too.

Made an appointment and I took off work to be home in plenty of time, after 4 hours I called them back and the proceeded to tell me the tech came by, which did not happen they came back 3 days later and it was lightly raining and the young kid -tech said he could not work in the rain. And to this day I'm still waiting on a repair that's under warranty. I will take my losses now but they also lost a costumer.

I had an appointment with FPL home solutions they change my appointment multiple times and then canceled without letting me know. I thank God that happened because that led me to make the appointment with Air Pros. They were excellent and professional Edmond is great. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company

Your service man came on time (great point), did a complete review of every part of the AC Unit, and also for the compressor outside. We are very satisfied with his performance. He said that he will be back in six months. He made me feel part of the Air Oros family.

My service tech Johnny was a consummate professional. Explained everything that he was doing clear concise. However when I decided not to purchase the service. The owner called me and from a free checkup turned into a $70 service call. I do not blame Johnny the owner misrepresented his service. Very disappointing
