We used Mike Perez of AMplusac for the first time last week. He was here within an hour of our call for help, was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed a new AC maintenance person, and as a result of our experience with him, we will recommend him to all our other condo building owners. Much thanks to Mike!

My AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should. Amplus was recommended to me so I gave them a call. They took my info and within 10 minutes called me back and scheduled an appt. They came the very next day, on time. They told me what was going on with my ac and everything was fixed within an hour. I worked with Mike Perez whom was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would defiantly use them again and you should too!!!!

No air conditioning for three days. I found Mike and he was here in an hour. A leak in the copper tubing underground was the issue. He put some gas in to keep me comfortable overnight and the next morning was here with a crew to replace the tubing to the specs of the Condo. Great job, clean, well done and professional. And on a holiday weekend. I appreciate it very much.

Called back within 30 min to schedule my appointment. They were at my house same day I called and then texted when they were on their way. Fixed AC and the tech was very polite and knowledgeable about my mini split system.

Received 3 quotes, they were the best price. Got my AC replaced quickly and before originally scheduled. Installers were great and friendly, moved some outdoor furniture that I planned on doing myself, without asking them to do it. Even when had a minor inspection issue they came out immediately and took care of it to ensure the permit was closed that day. A+, would highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done on time and for a good price.

Ted technician was very good, he found the issue immediately, see old and new coil.
