Francisco and Hector are solid guys! Highly recommend working with them if you have the chance. Let me fix what I was able to and then double checked the repairs to ensure I would haven’t any future problems.

Been working with Titan Marine as contractors on our 124ft vessel for the past year, the prices are great first of all. The guy like Calvin & Francesco are very knowledgeable and get the job done or recommend better solutions. Our vessel inside is like a freezer. I used them to repair a Vittifrigo refrigerator on my boat. The technician, Kelvin, who came out, was superb. My only disappointment was that when I got the bill I was overcharged by 2 hours for the repair. After some discussion they adjusted the bill . Very happy with their prompt service and capable technicians.

This company provides the best in marine AC service I have ever encountered. They go well beyond expectations and are very fairly priced. I also appreciate very much, that they work very cleanly and leave my boat in excellent condition. I give them my highest recommendation.

Kobus and his team exceeded my expectations when we needed the air conditioner replaced in our SeaRay Sundancer. They responded promptly to my calls and emails and helped me choose the best AC unit for our boat. They provided several different options and fair pricing. Francisco worked with me to get my refrigerator running as it should even with unusual and intermittent issues. THEN when I was in Long Island where it's nearly impossible to get A/C service he talked through my issue on the phone and helped me get the A/C diagnosed in my bosses stateroom. After reading all the great reviews I really wanted to use this company. However, I called on three different occasions and each time received horrible customer service. During the last call I couldn’t get answers to my questions and the technician made me feel as though I was wasting his time. I’m disappointed,to say the least.
