The gentleman who checked on and services my air knew how worried i was- as my air had been out since April. Sylvester’s put new unit in last year and had still not taken care of it. To this day they do not return my calls. When your team went in they found that it was not even what Sylvester’s said was the problem ( alone with 3 other companies) it was fixed immediately by your team. The gentleman who serviced it even sent me a picture of the air temp go down from 86 to 75. I am so grateful! I will only use your company for any other issues. Thank you

The service technician had to go all the way to the owner to get what we deserved. Because it was your guys fault that I had to call because our AC didn’t work. Our 5-year-old AC went out Wednesday night. Thursday morning at 8:05 I gave All Volusia and Flagler a call having never used them for service in the past. The very pleasant young lady took down all my information and said she could have somebody there to service the unit today. They showed up at 11:00 a.m., the tech presented my wife with an estimate to repair and the air conditioner was back online at 11:30 a.m. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the speed and quality of service and the price was outstanding. They now have a permanent place in my cell phone phone book for future use.

The young man Mike was polite/ professional and diagnosed quickly and made repair and shared issue components and detail. Great service !! Now for the customer focus - 2 hours left on Friday - till charges (off hours kick in) - they arrived diagnosed and repaired so I would receive additional charge !!!!

Professional and reputable company. Had my entire HVAC system replaced 12/2022. Michael & Paolo did a great job with the installation and getting everything set up. Michael has since been back to respond to an issue I was having with the unit this past week. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. He’s a great technician!

I knew the AC was on the fritz and so I called about three companies to come out. Most said that they were 3-5 weeks out. I called ALL V&F and said it was a bit of emergency. They came that afternoon. Found a fried condenser on the roof top AC and fixed it and some soon-to-give-problem frayed electrical cable and also fixed that. Excellent. We've used them over the years for problems with the old unit and to replace it. We thought we had a warranty but needing to pay a "processing fee" isn't really a warranty. We also needed to have the thermostat calibrated again which was no problem we were told. The technician who was very professional and good with the maintenance, didn't know how to reset our thermostat
We're not faulting him for that but we are still having to manually turn the unit off and on.
