I just want to give a review of five stars. The tech Michael was very courteous, professional and answered any questions I had. I will be using this company in the future, and would recommend them.

Brian was a true experienced professional. We are depending on him for an efficient .on him for an efficient new and economical system.

Amazing amazing amazing! They came on the same day I placed a service call. Raphael showed up quickly and they called me to let me know he would be arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which was electrical), and within 1 hour had the problem solved. Other companies had been out to my condo 3 times without figuring out the issue. Raphael was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him and All Volusia & Flagler Heating & Cooling for your AC needs!

The technician, Michael Brown, and his helper did a fantastic job. Very professional very on time. Exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I would recommend these guys anytime.

The All Volusia team did an excellent job on our very large commercial project. Installed 6 new HVAC systems and a make up air unit for our kitchen. We are very pleased with the responsiveness and attention to installation details. We highly recommend them for any HVAC services.

John Wray (technician) was very professional as he checked my system per the maintenance plan I purchased. He explained what he did and found a capacitor that was ready to fail. He replaced it to prevent future loss of system operability. The part was under warranty so I had a minimal amount to pay to replace it. My 3 year maintenance plan was about to expire so I signed back up for another 3 years. John was excellent and I get my system checked every 6 months so there are no surprises. Thanks to All Volusia & Flagler Heating and Air and their professional employees.

Overall customer service was very good. The install crew Mike, Shane and Bruno were Rock Stars! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I just relocated here from North Carolina, and the system had been unused for two years and wasn't functioning properly Brian was very informative giving us the options that were available to us plus the many different financial options to pay that we had as well. I would recommend them to everyone they were supposed to be there at 2 o'clock got there a little early and didn't waste any time to get to work I will be using them for the remainder of the time that I live here.

I had a contract All Volusia and after the last storm I had an issue with my HVAC system. When I called the they said it would be a week before they could get to me UNLESS i wanted to pay EXTRA for emergency service, EVEN WITH THE SERVICE CONTRACT. I called another company who was at my house with in the hour. All Volusia refused to refund any of the cost I paid for the Service contract which I had only had a few months, they had not performed one service under the new contract. Avoid this company.
