Tech was on time and very knowledgeable with what was going on answered all of my questions professionally

I was having an issue with my AC shutting off prematurely and had a tech Michael M come out. He was able to diagnose the issue was due to a line that was tapped into the ac drain. He quickly resolved the issue and did a check on the system. From scheduling to service all people I interacted with were professional and good to work with. Whether it be the every 6 month service or a service call I have had a good experience everytime.

due to our previous experience with them
The only drawback is the appointment timed are a 2 hour range.
I think it's practical and they text/call when they are on their way 😊

All Volusia & Flager Heating and Air are very professional and friendly and always amazing. We have never had a bad experience and even our first experience ended up great! We purchased their 3 year maintenance package due to their wonderful customer service. Today, we had to call and have someone come out at their next available time and Tony said she could get someone out today and within a couple hours, Luke and Dee came out and were so awesome. They were professional, helpful, and very polite. They assisted above and beyond and during these times, it's nice to have that kind of customer service. Thank you!!!

I see a great future and value with this entire team. I feel like, very much worth to call for inspection by this team for AC unit for our homes ( where, we spend lots of time with our "Dear ones") and good to hear and respond to their recommendations. Dishonest. Poor workmanship. Do not stand behind their warranty. When needed they put all other customers without warranty ahead in the schedule. Several days late showing up to fix a non-working AC that they installed two years earlier. Had to call them three times the first two years to redo work. Would not recommend.

This company will be our go to for hvac service from now on. Very impressed with the service from estimate to job completion. They went above and beyond to get our a/c's entire unit working the way it should be. Thank you to Brian and his whole crew!

I bought a home in Daytona and on the first day, I realized that the AC was not working properly. They sent Elijah out the same day! He was very helpful and helped me understand what was wrong. I decided to go ahead and replace it but never felt pressured at all. Then I was really impressed because they were able to install it the very next day! Alex and another gentleman (I forget his name) did the install And both were very nice and helpful too! Alex explained everything very well and I felt very comfortable with the instructions on maintenance. Also, the admin assistant is really nice there too! All around, a great experience. I’ve already recommended them to my family!
