John arrived today on time and proceeded to perform the scheduled maintenance on the HVAC system. As usual, he took time to tell me what he would be doing and what I could expect. John is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and a library of information. I asked him to show me how to change the filters on a mini-split system that they recently installed but was not on the maintenance program. He demonstrated the proper way to remove the filters and maintain the system. If you are in need of an AC company that practices what they preach than look no further than All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air……hopefully, they will assign John to be your tech.

Even though I have a regular schedule for maintenance, when emergency service was required over Christmas weekend and frigid temperatures I had to wait until Monday to get repair services. Bedroom temperatures got down to 55°.

I received estimates from several companies and went with All Volusia Flagler Heating and Air for a new AC system and duct work. I am very happy with the results and process with them. They were on time and responsive which was greatly appreciated. Any hiccups along the way they took care of. I believe Hunter was the original tech that came to service our AC. He helped diagnose issues and let me know my options. It was because of him though that we felt comfortable with this company. We ultimately decided a new AC system was needed for our home we just purchased. Brian was helpful with getting our quotes and they are super quick in sending detailed and easy to understand quotes. The technicians that came out to replace everything were great and friendly. Michael was especially helpful with us during install. I’m happy to continue with this company and if I were to ever purchase a home in the future and needed any repairs I’d choose them again.

Excellent service and very thorough! they were kind on the phone when I called, quick with coming out on an emergency service, and the gentleman who came was super nice and helpful! Our A/C is back blowing colder than ever! Thank you for the after hours service! Definitely will call you again should something go wrong!
