Purchased a new unit a few years ago. Price was affordable and the installation was done quick.... and thankfully as my old unit had petered out. I've subsequently kept a maintenance contract. Everyone I've spoken with is professional and kind. Most recent visit I asked about surge protection. John W. was able to install products quickly. He is an asset to your business.

UPDATE: On Saturday (5/21/22), I had an emergency A/C breakdown and their technician responded. The A/C Unit couldn’t be repaired it needed a Evaporate Coil replacement. On Monday (5/23/22), I was told that the replacement Coil wouldn’t arrive in about 7 to 8 weeks. I was very upset and filed a very unhappy customer review. Need I to tell you that I purchased this brand new A/C & Heating 5-Ton Unit about 15 months ago. Within a few hours of filing my review, I received a telephone call from one of the Company’s Owner (Bryan) who was really understanding and advised me that he has personally got involved in this situation and understood my feelings. Need I tell you, the part was delivered within the week and his technician was out to install it the next day! Thanks Bryan to you, your technician (Elijah) for quick actions. I’m grateful and appreciated! Your Company would always be recommended by me and my family.

Mike and Paul came out to install a Goodman unit in my home a little over one year ago. So far, I have been extremely happy with the quality of service I received. They certainly went above and beyond to perform the installation, answer my questions, and accommodate a couple of requests (regarding the installation of a second return). Mike had great attention to detail.
A bit of advice to anyone considering to go with this company is to take time up front to research the service, be clear about what you want done and what will be done, and make sure the invoice reflects your discussion. Unfortunately, I had a miscommunication about whether a second return duct and filter rack would be installed. I attribute this miscommunication to my lack of clarity and ensuring the invoice adequately reflected our discussion about the services to be performed. They were more than accommodating about the second return, but I dropped the ball on the filter rack.
That aside, the office staff was very professional and patient with my numerous questions. (This was my first big repair, so I'm pretty sure I annoyed someone.) My annual maintenance recently passed, and they were kind enough to call me to schedule that maintenance. Admittedly, I was concerned if they would remember, but they definitely had my back.
All in all, I am happy with this company (fingers crossed) and look forward to handling all my HVAC needs with them.

They are very professional and helpful. Our AC unit died the week before July 4th and we needed a new unit. They were able to get the unit we needed and installed within 2 days of their initial inspection. I have COPD and was in a hotel several days because of the heat and humidity affecting my breathing. Great company and understanding of the urgency of our situation!

This is our 3rd experience with the company and we now have a yearly maintenance plan. We had an unexpected malfunction and needed a service call - Tony and Israel came out and not only had us up and running quickly, they gave us information as consumers for future options. On a follow up visit, Israel took pictures of the interior of the unit to help us better understand the issues of an aging unit and discovered a high risk problem for interior home flooding. This allowed us to preorder the necessary parts before our next maintenance visit, saving everyone time time, energy and money. Very pleased!!

We got into town and discovered that our AC unit had died! It was 95 degrees in the house!! I called All Volusia & Flagler Heating & Air. They came the next day with 2 crews and did a great job! They were nice and very professional! I would definitely recommend them!!
