This was one of the most AMAZING companies I have had the pleasure of having in my home. From the very beginning this was an incredible experience! My air went out so i was honestly looking for the best deal possible and I saw they charged such a great price to come out. From the first point of contact, the young lady who answered the phone was polite and helpful, I did ask her to please see if she could send someone that day..you know us Floridians no air is a scary thing !! She actually was able to have someone come out right away. The gentleman Tony that came out was also polite, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He wasnt like most...will tell you anything to make money off you ..he gave me several choices to choose from, not once pressuring me to purchase anything. He helped me make the best decision for my budget and home while providing a wonderful financial option plan...Something my family could afford. The next day my new AC arrived and wow the dream team arrived with it.

The installer Cheyne , was professional, also polite, he educated me on my unit and thermostat and warranty, WOW did he do an amazing job. His work was flawless and no mess was even left behind. Also there was Paulo , my goodness he worked his butt off, he installed the outside unit and his work was also flawless and done to perfection ! I told him he could stop and have lunch , he had been working for hours and he was so dedicated to finish he declined. He assisted Amber which this girl was on fire !! She took on the task to clean the ducts and I think I had over 30 vents in this house ! She probably went up that ladder thousands of times , not once without a smile on her face ! She was also very polite, professional and came with awesome attitude and care as if this was her home. Her and Paulo made these vents shine like diamonds , and due to the AMAZING team that came out my house feels like a million dollars !!! Each one of these guys that came out were extremely hard workers, had a smile and really showed true genuine customer service and care for your home !! This from that very first phone call was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had , in such a huge decision! Much thanks to each and every one of you !! Elijah has been my technician, he is very skilled and efficient in his work, he explains in detail the problem of the air conditioning and the work he is going to do and the parts that he is going to replace. The staff and service has always been pleasant and professional. When the guys came to do my regular maintenance, we realized the heater had not been working properly after a new Nest thermostat was installed. They were able to identify and fix the problem before continuing on with the maintenance. It’s a pleasure working with them.

My mother and I get our equipment serviced every six months. We almost always have great techs. This time we had a tech that really impressed us. Michael Mendez was knowledgeable and patient. I hope that he will be our tech next time. Thank you so much, Michael!

Used their service last week and thank God. My house was hot and the A/C was struggling to keep up. They came within days of my call and had everything up and running tip top shape. The tech was very knowledgeable and most helpful.
