We had the privilege of working with Sansone recently and we were very pleased. Mr. Dante De Aguiar came to our home, discussed our options, gave us a fare estimate and scheduled our installation for the next day. Jorge, the technician came the next morning, on time to install our new A/C. We have had many technicians over the years, however we were so pleased with Jorge's professionalism, knowledge, neat and clean work. It is difficult to trust anyone these days, however we felt very comfortable with Jorge and his team. Thank you dearly.

I am beyond a happy customer. We started out the process shopping and getting quotes for a new AC unit. Their sales team accommodated my schedule (teacher during standardized testing), gave us options during the quote process, explained the options thoroughly to us and started with a unit that was within our stated budget. We ended up taking his advice and upgraded to the 3rd of 4 options he gave us. The installation team was early, knowledgeable, professional, and listened to our every concern. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood what was to be done & were happy with the installation. A few days into this adventure I'm enjoying the new thermostat and settings of the variable speed unit. Thank-you Anthony, Dante and everyone on your team for all you did for my family.

Adam Drew and Dylan were the most professional, knowledgeable young gentlemen I’ve encountered in a long time. I couldn’t be happier with their service!!!! Philip, our technician, was so polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have come into our home to fix our problem. I rarely leave reviews, but the entire experience from first phone call to today has been truly exceptional. I realize it was just a routine maintenance plan call, but every element has been terrific: Mary in the office getting me signed up and registered, the texting service who quickly answered some questions that I had, and Jason who performed the routine maintenance.

The people of Sansone have all been quite responsive and competent. Jason was really wonderful. Also, the technology letting you know who's coming to your home, when they will be there, etc., is super helpful.

First impressions matter, and I am delighted that I chose Sansone to provide the maintenance on my AC unit.

The only concern I have… on previous appointments, the technician would take pictures and fill out a detailed report. Also, when they replaced a filter, they usually carry away the old one. This was a little different experience. That didn’t happen and I had to call to get the full servicing report. Based on the last three calls, it seems the guys are more interested in trying to sell me something (i.e. a new system, UV lights)

Absolutely a great experience. Sansone responded quickly to our call & kept us informed of our tech’s arrival time. Jason Bowman was our tech and he was knowable, informative & pleasant. What we thought was a major problem…was a simple fix. I would definitely recommend Sansone.

Excellent experience. My 20year old AC units and air handlers failed. We were in dire need of new units. Sansone made it really easy for us to schedule our appointment online late Friday night. By 8am Saturday, I had Anthony D. in my home explaining in great detail what was available from Carrier to choose from. I wanted the newest technology and Anthony D. Promptly recommended the right fit for my home. In less than a few hours we had selected, financed and scheduled the installation of my HVACs. By first thing Monday morning nonetheless!!!!
Monday at 9am, Jeremiah and Abraham removed and installed the AC units. It took them less than 6 hours to get it done. The quality of the work is nothing short of impressive, both air handlers inside are a work of art by Jeremiah. The outside units installed by Abraham look sharp and with great attention to detail and care for my landscaping. Both installers were respectful, friendly and professional. They left my house cleaner than when they started the installation. My family strongly and without hesitation recommends Sansone for your AC needs.
