The sales guys were very professional in the beginning but the installers did a HORRIBLE job. Within 2 hours of installing my brand new AC, alarm went off signaling a leak. When I looked water was leaking into hallway from the closet. It took 2 hours for someone to come who Couldnt fix it. THIS WAS A BRAND NEW MACHINE. Then I had to call 3 times to have someone come only the following day. Apparently the install team tightened some connector too much they Bent it and all new connectors had to be installed. When I sent message to the Sales guy about the horrible job, he never even acknowledged my concerns and this was before the final repair guy came. Never again.

My experience with Sansone is A+. They are professional, knowledgeable, and ready to go the extra mile to help us and make us happy with our decision.

I called Sansone to schedule maintenance for my poorly working AC unit. When Anthony arrived, the AC unit was fully frozen. He explained what was going on and we decided to replace it with a new one

We got 3 options from Sansone for different models. Kevin was really helpful to tailor the option we have selected to match our needs.

The installation was fast and clean, Abraham did a terrific job. He was right on time and explained to me every single step I need to know before he started. After the installation, he took extra time to make sure everything is perfectly sealed and clean, he also painted the AC unit area to make it look very nice.

Nick was well informed about the type of services we agree upon. He did no rush through our questions. He reassure that his company stands by their brand. Therefore, we decided to purchase a new unit. We are getting a new unit a day later. We are hopeful that we are in good hands and looking for a cool air tomorrow.

Performed a compressor replacement with great results. Took his time carefully to record parameters to ensure after installation that my AC was up to specs.

They do plumbing too! I had 2 toilets replaced from the 70s. Great job and reasonably priced!

We had a tech come to check our system and found that after 9 years it needed replacement.
They gave us several options and were here the following morning.
Within 4 hours the old system was removed and the new one up and running!
The installers were very courteous and did an excellent job.

Hired them after another company told me that I had to leave my thermostat at 75 for it to not overheat and shut off. They had me scheduled next day and inspected everything, found the issue and now my ac does not shut off and I can keep it lowered to any temperature I want. Very satisfied and am now using them for general maintenance.

I have used Sansone for years and have had great experience. But especially Clivens who has come to maintain our units it is always top notch service, kindness, professionalism and more. I highly recommend Sansone and Clivens if he is available. Always goes that extra step to ensure documentation of state of unit and will explain any issues I am easy manner. I have so much respect for that and also always on time or even early too.
