Jason did a great job. Another air conditioning company told me I needed a brand-new system. He did a diagnostic and we only had a broken sensor. I appreciate their honesty, solution to the problem. They have definitely won my business when the actual time comes for me to need a new AC unit

I'm very happy with Sansone they were here to service and to replace one of our units I had used other companies before them but not anymore they will be the one to call for our ac units needs. Gianni Lizano was our technician he was right on time explain to me everything I need it to know about my new ac step by step and answer questions I had since my husband was at work and this was all new to me .We got a carrier 1 year guarantee on parts and 10 years on unit. I called for an assessment on my AC unit which is not cooling down the house properly the technician was very knowledgeable and spent more than three hours here evaluating and getting my unit to optimal working condition. The service fee was as explained when I called to set up the appointment no hidden surprises very excellent service. I will definitely consider them when a new unit is needed.

Jason was excellent, on time professional and you could tell he enjoyed his job , his company and doing a good job satisfying his customer. Highly recommend the company. They are in West Palm but service FT Pierce area. I am new to area and did not know who to call when my ac just quit last wednesday. Looked on google for AC repair companies. I picked them based on ad; family owned 45 years and many highly rated customer service comments. I would advise anyone to try them for AC needs.

Anthony (our tech) was phenomenal. Very thoroughly inspected my unit and gave us a great price and breakdown for a new unit. Price was significantly better than 3 other companies.Gianni and Henrique arrived early (yay!! We’ve had no AC for a week) and worked diligently to install our new unit. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I can’t say enough about how amazing our service has been. Highly recommended
