Dylan Sprenger was on time, competent, and professional. He assessed the issue with my AC unit and provided a quote for replacement. I will be getting additional quotes before deciding which company to use, but I am pleased with Sansone‘s responsiveness thus far.

We used Sansone to install our Shower and also our Water Heater. Kevin was a true professional that knows his stuff. They can be depended upon.. quality and knowledgeable company. I would recommend them highly !! Also Kendra the Plumbing Mgr was beyond helpful throughout the entire process!! Kudos to these people…

Had a AC drain clog that I couldn't clear. John came out within the time scheduled, was able to take care of the blockage and checked the whole system. Very satisfied!

Never ever ever use Sansone. Such a disgrace of a company. They hide fees and never tell you about it. Then hold you hostage with the bill. They snuck in fees into my bill without telling me and when I complained, it was already too late. I haven't worked with a ton of AC repair companies (probably 5), these guys are the shadiest I've encountered. Just disgusting. Hidden fees, hidden fees, hidden fees. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Disgusted. Had a good relation until this happened. Replaced my whole A/C unit (both air handler and compressor) based on their quotation in Sept'22. 4 units they quoted me had different Tax rebate and mine had 'up to 1200' tax rebate. When I tried to file taxes I found that none of that is true. It was only 300 for all units. When I emailed 3 times, answer I got was 'That is applicable only to 2023, not for 2022'. What a way to make a sale? Be careful with this company.

We had a busted main water valve. Also, an issue with one of our bathroom sink pipes. Kevin fixed our issues quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this Company and Kevin.

Our ac wasn’t working properly. We had forgotten to sign up for the twice a year maintenance so therefore we had a clog in the line. Hector quickly signed us up and cleared the line. He explained the various products such as halo or uv light. Hector is a very likable young man and very professional.
