I have an annual maintenance contract for my two zone home AC systems. This provides 2 visits per year of regular maintenance such as clearing drains, testing pressures and temperatures, etc. Today Sansone sent a tech to my house at no cost just because I called over my concern regarding vegetation debris that fell on my condensers during the past few weeks. They were responsive, the tech was highly professional and, as I stated, they didn't charge me. Excellent customer service in my opinion!

Great Service, more thorough than my last tech but still an A1 company. They installed my system a few yrs ago and still call them for service

Wow! What a responsive and professional team. I felt confident from my first call and throughout my appointment with Anthony. It's a hard pill to swallow, having to replace an entire A/C, but I know that this is the right crew for the job. From the first call, I received clear communication, timeliness, and realistic expectations.

Anthony was punctual-- early!-- and made it a point for my 3 y/o son to know what was going on (my son was fascinated!). Anthony soon had a fan following him everywhere, but he never lost a beat. He was straightforward about his work and made helpful recommendations. He even went and found our Uber delivery that had been brought to the wrong house! Talk about service. 😁

When our AC unit died we contacted Sansone along with several other companies. The office personnel was understanding and responsive finding us an appointment more quickly than any other company. Our thermostat died and the original company in Boynton beach that installed it could careless! I bought a nest wifi thermostat. I had tried to install with no success. I found this company online, called and right away the guy was super professional. I explained that our house was extremely hot and we had some elderly relatives. He fit us right in. They send a text and it shows the response time and the service persons name. This guy named Mike Garcia showed up and got right to business. He had the nest installed and the ac/heat back working. Mike Garcia is very knowledgeable and trustworthy a huge asset to this company! I definitely recommend this company!
