I have called more than one service provider in the area and "wow" is all I can say. Within minutes after calling, they had someone dispatched to us for the next day. A text was sent to confirm the appointment and then a separate text was also sent once the technician was on the way. Part of the text was the technician's "bio" regarding AC service skills, etc. I would like to add, we were scheduled between 2-5 and he was at the house by 1:45. Jason was great, professional and courteous and when he walked into the apartment, he was the epitome of the HVAC whisperer. He listened to the unit and knew it was 1 of 3 issues and he had a hunch that it was leaking and wasn't functional. He was spot on. This is after others had come to service our apartment and said they were baffled and did not know what the problem was. After Jason left, we had a quote within minutes sent to my email and Kevin had me set up within minutes to install a new AC.
Noah installed the unit and was professional. The best part about the process is that they had two separate supervisors visit to double and triple check everything. Very happy customers.

I found myself without a/c yesterday evening. Never fails that it happens on a Sunday night! Called Sansone this morning and they were here within 2 hours or so and fixed my unit. Said it was a fan belt and $299 later, I am back in business. Now that is service!!
As for the cost, I don’t know if it is decent or high but the consultation fee did go toward the cost of repair, which is awesome.

Unfortunately, they have been very disappointing to deal with due to the complete lack of interest and effort from the salesman and I have no idea why.
I contacted sales first thing Friday morning (8am) via email to have a new system installed, I was told by sales rep previously it could be installed the next via email. I had to send another follow up email 2 hours later, sales finally replied around 11:35am “We have it in stock and can installed as soon as tomorrow.”
I immediately gave them the okay and then didn’t hear back again until 1:25pm… Sales replied and informed me it would be installed on Monday so we had to go the weekend without A/C, I completely blame the salesman’s lack of effort for this… I was offered a “Sorry” and he threw in a free Ecobee thermostat which I clearly told him I already had in one of my emails. I can only assume he had a better deal going on and completely blew us off.
At this point I have no idea why no one could pick up the phone and discuss this sale but we continued via slow email. I’d also like to add that the sales guy didn’t thoroughly read my emails and offered no attempt to “upgrade” me to a better unit (which I may have considered) or any extras like a UV light (I purchased and installed my own).
Installation was smooth, they showed up on time, acted professional and did a decent, fast job.
Unfortunately, we experienced some problems with the compressor over the coming days which is NOT the fault of Sansone, but they handled the ongoing issues poorly and Sales or anyone for that matter has never replied to a single email regarding my concerns with the ongoing issues. I had to keep putting in service calls.
To clarify, this was a seven-thousand-dollar system installed, I have sent three emails to the sales guy with my concerns and he did not reply once. It seems that once the sale is done, he could care less about any issues afterwards.
They have had to come out a total of 3 times now (at no cost to me) and installed two separate devices as an attempt to prevent further issues with the compressor.
This easily could have been a positive review, I wasn’t looking for discounts or freebies and I never complained about the price of the new system, all I expected was better communication from sales who’s job is to sell these Carrier systems with some effort…
*I'd also like to note that its been over a week since I left this review and they have not commented or attempted to reach out to me regarding this poor experience...

Bait and Switch
A few months ago, my ten year old AC system went out. I had several companies, including the one I have a yearly maintenance contract with, come out to assess the system. From there, the best solution was to have the whole system replaced vs. the repair cost of an already aged and expensive unit. I received several quotes from various companies, researched, and cross compared all offers to come to an informed decision. I was informed by a few companies of the changing seer guidelines and scarcity of product. I mention this because when I researched brands I was set on purchasing a Carrier system for my home, but knew that product was limited. The Sansone sales consultant that quoted me was Rick. During my consultation, I informed him that I was aware of the product shortage and asked if all the models he was presenting and quoting me for that day were in fact in stock. I was assured by Rick that all the models were in stock and that the earliest installation day could be the following day if needed. He also stated that Sansone has a 40,000 square foot warehouse of product which is why they still have models in stock in comparison to smaller companies in the area. At that point, my home had been without air for 1 week so having a next day install was ideal and they had various Carrier models in stock. I checked out their 2K reviews, saw they were a large reputable company, so I felt confident in my decision to move forward with Sansone. How terribly mistaken I was. I like everything in writing just in case. When Sansone quotes you, you receive an emailed copy of said quote and what that includes. I texted Rick to work out the details and made sure to have a copy of the install agreement emailed to me. The following day, the installation team came as scheduled and completed the work within 4 hours. When I was presented with the paperwork to sign and complete payment is where the train wreck of events began. I review and double-check everything on any home project and on those documents the system model numbers did not match the ones I agreed to have installed that day so I questioned it. The response of the install employee was “you didn’t discuss switching it out for another model?” That was obviously not the case as I had everything in writing stating otherwise. In summary, Sansone installed the incorrect system, one that I was not even quoted for on my proposal sheet. They claimed it was an honest mistake and that because it was considered a more expensive system that it was acceptable especially since they would charge me the same price of the unit that was agreed upon. The system immediately had issues, making concerning noises at random. A tech was sent out to assess and troubleshoot and even then the problems persisted on a supposed brand new and more efficient unit. After going back and forth with the company for 2 weeks, I expressed that the incorrect system they installed was defective and needed to be replaced to rectify their error. I even asked again what models were in stock including the one I was originally quoted for. Rick informed me that “there are literally none of the systems anywhere” “whatever inventory of the models we quoted is gone.” Not only was the system they installed not the one agreed upon, it was defective, and the company stated in writing that they were unable to replace the system because everything was unavailable in Florida. Since they could not offer a solution to have it replaced because like they said, there were none in stock, I requested to have the entire system removed by Sansone and needed to go with another company to install another system. For Sansone to claim they had inventory in stock when they in fact did not, to install the incorrect system especially one with issues, and to not even inform the consumer that a different model not even quoted previously would be installed is completely unprofessional. So clearly a bait and switch and poor reflection of the company’s integrity.
