I've been using Total for many years for general maintenance and repairs at our condo. The service contract is definitely a Plus!. The crew is always respectful and pleasant to deal with. It gives me peace of mind to know that they are there to handle things. Without them, I wouldn't know where to begin!

I've had TOTAL contract for 12 years. I have yet to be dissatisfied with their service. They are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I recommend them highly to anyone.

Anytime I called I was able to speak with someone right away. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The Technician arrived on time. He helped me understand the problem and answer any questions. Total will be the company I call if I have any other problems with my A/C.

Refrigerator/freezer has issues. With a little info, Mr. Raheem worked diligently and restored the function, removed the built up frost; made sure the water was removed from the floor for safety. An impressive; very professional service tech. Thank you, Total Home Ava Fromkin

Horrible! I have a problem (AGAIN) on the dishwasher - they already fixed the same problem before. I have been waiting for a month to get to know when the part will be available, and then schedule a visit. Too slow.

All services done in my home. Felix is competent and knowledgeable.

The thermostat was not working properly and I believe the air/heat conditioner engineer (David ?) solved the problem. He is competent and courteous.

Took over one month between initial call and service. Almost a week just to provide estimate, then another 3 weeks plus to came to repair a refrigerator for a part that is readily available on online. Had to constantly call them for status, they say they will check but never returned the call. On the prior service They took two months to repair the refrigerator,, so no it’s not an exception

Always a pleasure for the customer service and work by the service representative. Always reliable, punctual explaining the maintenance regarding the A.C. unit. Darren is definitely an asset to our community and Totak Appliance Services.

Very reliable. However, I’ve had same problem with my new air conditioner. Has not been solved yet. I will wait to see if problem reoccurs.
