I have been a customer of Total Appliance for over 20 Yrs and have maintained an annual service contract with them during this time as well. From time to time have needed repairs to my AC and appliances. Their service personnel are polite and knowledgeable and most repairs get completed timely on the first visit. Highly Recommend their services.

Washer/repair. AC/repair. I receive the techinitian in both cases at an apartment with very old appliances. Technitian#114 came check and gave a diagnostic. Then came back again to replace the part and gave another diagnostic. I called again to ask for when is this matter going to be fixed. and Total did not give me an answer. The AC was replaced after many calls and strugggling for 3 months without AC. The washer never got fixed. 25 days of waiting time. no results.Then they leave you waiting online without a response.

The installers were very efficient, On time, meticulous, courteous. They made the job seamless and in less than 3 hours we were enjoying our new ac for our condo.

Brandon, a great and knowledgeable technician immediately recognized the problem which was a defective tremostadt. He replaced it and the air conditioner resumed operation without incident. Brandon represent the experience and knowlegeable technical that Total Appliance is lucky to have on its staff. Great Job Brandon.

My elderly mother pays hundreds of dollars a year for a comprehensive repair/replace service contract. She's had them out 3 times to repair her tiny dryer, and each time they have gotten it to work long enough for them to leave. The next time she tries to use it, it's not working again. It takes weeks to get someone scheduled, so this has been going on for months now. She's at her wits end, having to hang up all of her wet laundry. She's 88 years old! I came to town from a thousand miles away to try to help with this specific issue. I read her contract with Total and I felt it was time to enact the "replace" portion of the agreement since they were unable to fix it. I called several times, got the runaround, asked for a manager to call me back. A week later, still no call. Because this was so upsetting to my mother, both mentally and physically, I spent the remainder of my visit helping her spend thousands to replace her units. In my experience, this company preys on elderly people, taking advantage of their situations. I would recommend against buying a service contract with these people, they do not stand behind their promises.

Had a plumbing issue and Kenny my favorite plumber came to my rescue. Total Appliance is a wonderful place to have to repair all of your appliance and A/C needs. Also, they have they have the best staff and they are very knowledgeable in their field

Terrible customer service! One doesn’t know what the other is doing. No one bothers to call you back. Technician shows up and leaves in 3 min saying he’s getting another part and never comes back nor explains what the problem is. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for them to install my washing machine. Absolutely terrible service and will not be renewing my contract! Save your money!

This is the most incompetent and irresponsible company I have ever had the misfortune to have their services. They do not honor the contract and the service they provide is that we buy new utensils, since they do not know how to repair anything. To those who are in contract with them, I recommend that they look for other alternatives.
