I have been very satisfied.

However, my latest experience with their AC department was outstanding.

Visham Persad gave me his word that my tenants ac problem would be resolved.

After determining that the compressor was shot, he expedited the replacement and the compressor issue was resolved.

What I appreciated most was that Visham kept me updated at every step.

This is priceless!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.........OK, so where to start, My mom is 96 yrs old and is medically fragile. Her AC was broken and waited 3 days before it was replaced, and we are customers for 14 years and have a service contract with them. They said the unit couldn't be fixed and had to be replaced $1900 bucks. I never received any notice that they were coming yesterday and they just showed up. I have clearly instructed the receptionist to only call me her son, not my mom and I need to know when they are coming. They replaced the compressor and condenser, which by the way is in the same unit housing, its much easier to replace the unit instead to do the repair. That makes me question the integrity of the company as a practice. I called again for today to let them know unit was not working properly. Yes they say no problem will call you with advanced notice. Not the case, they just showed up again when I was supposed to have had a courtesy call with an hour lead time, did get a call saying he was coming in 5 min, and tec showed up. He was trying to talk to my mom who doesn't understand, he was getting ready to leave then I luckily caught him still there. He was ready to brush it off and I explained that there is a problem. It can clearly be seen, it appears that the drain pan is leaking. Its leaking onto the tile floor and my mom, who is 96 can slip and fall. It seems that after they did the unit install yesterday, again without speaking with me first, no one came into the unit to run it. They would of clearly noticed that it wasn't working correctly. So here we are, the tec said now on Monday that I should call the office and speak with Jerry? This should be noted, its the old pass the buck. I even have a medical fragile letter listed with their office so they know the deal. I will press charges against TOTAL if anything happens to my mother because of this situation. This is gross neglect and poor management or a repair. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE

Total came and fixed but five days ago when i called, i was told to go the building. So i went to our building maintenance and they told me that it should work. Next day it was Christmas and the next day I was caller number 95,
The service is hit and miss some times it is very good and sometimes it is not. This time technician was very good but office made me freeze for three days for no reason

I called this morning for service. I was #99 caller. OK, you're busy. I requested service for my A/C. The heat cycle is not working. It was working the day before. It's 52 degrees and I have no heat. I'm wearing the warmest clothes that I can find, several layers, and I'm in pain from the cold. I'm elderly and I cannot tolerate the cold. My apartment is freezing cold inside and there is no sun, or place for me to get warm. I need to have the heat turned on.
So you closed for 3 days assuming nobody would have any appliance problems, just because you were closed? Nobody could work on Monday? Total used to consider an A/C problem as an emergency.. Now they tell me I have to wait until Wednesday afternoon for service? This is not acceptable. What happened to this company? What is the use of a service company that cannot provide the service

Since beginning of December 2022 this company couldn’t install us new AC. The price for the new AC was negotiable, seems like we are at the bazar. First, the new AC was damaged, they reschedule on the week later. Then, they reschedule again and again. We stayed without AC for Christmas and for New Year now. However, the customer service representative informed me yesterday that the service schedule on today 8.30-9.30am. We patiently waited them on 12/30/2022. Haha, without any luck! This is kind of “Happy Holidays from Total”. Poor quality, unprofessional. Stay away from this company, just pay extra 200-300$ and choose another company! Last time we tried to use their service.

Not happy with the service received. Had to call several times to schedule an appointment. Once scheduled the technician didn’t arrive for several times. I was trying to fix washer/dryer, but they were not able to fix it, the good thing is that they have fixed the ice maker. It looks like there is an issue with parking, they don’t want to pay for parking and they are asking you to pay for it and you can’t do it through the invoice. You need to go downstairs, meet the driver, pay for his parking and then they will come up to fix you appliances.
