Hi, i was with Total for many years and everything was ok, but this year is all started, last month i was on phone trying to place service call more then 7 hours a called 10 times and ( robot telling me you number 10 - 11- 8 and that's it you have to wait hours) so i hire someone on the side to fix my problem and did it twice already. I try to renew my Total contract and i can't do that too, just waited 1 hour on phone being number 3:) Looks like they saving money and fired all phone people:) What is the point to pay and not be able to place a service call???

I am very impressed by the professionalism of this company. After not getting cold water in my shower, Grisell worked with me to arrange a time for the plumber to take careof my problem. The schedule had to revised, due to problems from my building's management office, but Grisell straightened the problems out & arranged for fast service.
Jerome, the plumbing technician was very efficient & polite, & came twice to ensure that the job was complete & to my satisfaction.

My opinion is that they just put on bandaids and say that they fixed the problem.After management told me what the problem was a lady at the call center told me I needed to have my ducts cleaned out and that is not what was told to me by the management company. They said that the a/c line has to be blown out nit tge ducts causing me more damage since the problem wasn't addressed properly

According to them they have been having a problem with Staffing. I called on the 28th of April telling them that my dryer wasn't working they told me that the earliest appointment they could give me was on May 9th that's 11 days that I will be left without a dryer without counting if there's anything that has to be replaced.God knows how much longer I will have to wait so you're basically looking at being without a dryer for almost a month then I was told that it has anything to do with the lint getting into the dryer itself they don't cover that it will be a $225 charge because they do not cover that repair right now I'm shopping for another contractor because I find this totally unacceptable

Take a closer look at the 4 star rarings They are employess os Total! A conflict of interest and desperation. Report these employees's reviews.

Zero stars Antiquated system . The time frame for a service call has a 4 hour window that will be come a 6 hour wait time due to a back up of service calls. There is no tech update or notice of next in line. Similar to what you would see with a Lyft or Pizza delivery or FedEx or Elevator service tech. You'll sit there waiting and putting yourself in jeporty with your work.

Delivery of supplies... I waitided 2 months for a part. They won't notify you of the delivery or delay. You have to call. You can get the part faster on ebay. Was considering having them part of a service for the condominium whe I first moved here to South Florida. But residents advised and voted against it due to the poor service and bad reputation. Zero stars.

Waiting for a piece for a Bosch washer since November. The tech charged 125 for diagnostic I January they showed up with wrong part. After calling ( it takes at least 15 min to have someone on the phone) they finally schedule last week. A technician arrived 1h late after telling me he was there in 10 min and had a work order to repair the dryer- which is working just fine- Rescheduled for this morning. Sent my housekeeper since I was working. The main office called that the job was completed so I paid over the phone $188 and I asked if all was working. Of course was the answer. Too bad my housekeeper called saying it was not working and the technician was coming back next Monday. Another 25 min on the phone. Probably the worst service I ever experienced

Brenden the AC specialist was exceptional. After using your services for many properties for many years and dealing with many representatives, this young man sets the bar extremely high. He should be used to train other Technicians as to how to be professional, friendly and give one the impression he really cares. He is a keeper

Appreciated initial same-day response to broken compressor for refrigerator/freezer after explaining entire freezer contents had melted and leaked onto floor. Refrigerator "tech' arrived, confirmed compressor was not working! He then advised he would schedule another qualified repairman to repair or replace the compressor! I was then advised a "loaner refrigerator" was available for our use! Delivery staff of 'loaner' were EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Refrigerator delivered was broken and not able to cool. Filthy inside and out and totally unusable! I have generally been satisfied with Total Service over the years but this experience was not satisfactory at all.
