This company is very unprofessional. I was quoted one price by a tech. When I called to get the same quote I was told that it was my fault I was quoted and that they would not honor. After the rep was rude my wife and I asked her several times to speak to a supervisor or someone hire them her. So, here's a story of which company NOT to use! We needed to purchase an entire a/c system and decided to use Watts Air Conditioning out of Haines City-primarily because they had been a HC household name for over 30 years. We spent over $6k on this project and this is the WORST experience I've ever had between the product and customer service. It should have been a bad sign from the beginning when they forgot they actually had us on the schedule for the install, the apparent manager Nigel has no idea of what is going on, the two additional visits, the cracked ceiling (they refuse to fix), the compressor not running and then come home today to the compressor not running again on a unit that is less than a year old! Oh, let's not forget to mention, though this started maybe a year ago, there is STILL an outstanding permit that has yet to be reconciled with the City of Lake Alfred. Needless to say, we come home tonight to find it is 91 degrees in our house after a tech was here just a few days ago. We had to open the windows, in June, in Florida, to make the house cooler. I am usually a pretty nice person but right now, I may be a bit unhappy.

Ac went out Wednesday night, called watts Thursday morning and they came out about noon time. Tech was super friendly and helpful, got my ac up and running in no time. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely recommend.

I've been using this company for years after doing my initial research online. I will continue to use them as long as I live in this area.

This company is amazing. Professional and timely service. Tech (Johnathon) was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Cost was reasonable. I would do business and recommend others to do business with this company without hesitation.

It took the 3rd tech to come to my house to tell me the issue was not caused by the ac unit causing flooding in my garage thumbs up to Ray to be honest and tell me it wasn’t the ac and told me what was causing all the water On the floor and no not the water heater either Thank you Ray for being honest

Responded in less than an hour on sunday afternoon. A/C had popped a 3A fuse. He replaced it with a new one and it started working without popping the new fuse. $85 service charge was all he charged. Friendly fella.

The technician, Raymond, was very professional and informative when I asked questions about my system. We couldn't be happier with the service provided.

We report the Problem Friday Afternoon. The Tech. came by said we needed a new Compressor with minimum inspection, So in 2018 it still takes three days for him to get the part .......So three days later we call and the part hadn't arrived yet it turns out arriving around noon , Now the Office said they won't be able to come out because of a rain storm......However it hasn't rained all day three hours pass I call back and tell them. it has rained and it doesn't look like it will be raining anytime soon .. Also it rain in Florida Everyday in the summer around 3:30-4pm....But still NO RAIN & NO AC......I think you'll get better service somewhere else. Happy Hunting & Stay COOL! #WattsSux
