Very good and quick service. We called them and they came to our house only a few hours later. We had been without heat or a/c for a some time and the technician got us up and running again within an hour. Friendly, efficient and happy with the reasonable pricing. Undoubtably, one of the most important service personnel that you will ever need in Central Florida is a professional and reliable air conditioning company. With Watts Air Conditioning, that's exactly what you can expect. Imagine that, a contractor in Central Florida that you can actually depend on.
Recently our A/C stopped working at about 6 pm. The on-call service tech returned our call within 30 minutes. Within a little over an hour, he arrived at our house and had assessed the problem. He was able to make the repairs so that we would have a/c during this hot summer evening we were experiencing. Prior to this visit, they had corrected a problem that our former contractor had created by installing incorrect wire gauge.
That other contractor was unreliable, and is now out of business.
If you're looking for a new A/C unit or just someone to service your existing unit, you don't need to look any further than Watts.
We are extremely pleased to have Watts as our A/C Service Technicians.

I had Watts install a complete heat pump system at my newly purchased home. The price was very reasonable. The installation team was polite, professional, and fast. They cleaned things up, removing all the old HVAC part, and all the packing from the new system. All done in less than a day. Very pleased, and happy to recommend these guys.

quick service super professional came out in 2 hours from time we called. gave us a explanation to what happen and how to prevent it documented everything else with the unit and provided some info on necessary maintenance. Well I called and the lady that answered was very nice. The guy that called me back was rude. He asked was it raining. I look outside and it's not. He says so its raining in lake alfred but not Haines city. I said again it's not raining here. He then says with an attitude, ok if its raining I'm not touch anything. Now I understand that but you haven't even attempted to ask any questions about my issue or any type of customer service. So then I ask what it would cost for him to come out and he said it $90. Well I already know dislike his attitude and bad customer service but del air was definitely way cheaper and had good customer service

We are very happy with Watts Air Conditioning excellent and professional service. They came out within two hours of my initial call of no cooling and added freon. They diagnosed a leak in the compressor, ordered the part, and installed it in a timely manner. Billing was very reasonable. Thank you!

So the representative from the company shows up, told him what I needed done. He spent 45 minutes with the water hose supposedly cleaning the a/c unit. He started by standing next to unit no pressure gage to check the coolant. I told him he was done and he packed up and left and I told him to bill me. He told me to call the office. After calling the office I was told I was probably intimidating him by watching him. Was told I would be contacted. I ask the representative how long he had worked for Watts and he said about a month. He showed up with an attitude about the heat . I have used Watts before and they were Great, not this time. Will never use them again.

I was told by their tech that I needed a new motor blower for my a/c at a cost of $650. He told me the unit was too old to still be under warranty. I got a 2nd opinion and the unit WAS still under warranty and the repair cost me $125. They try to automatically charge $85 for a diagnosis to discourage you from getting a 2nd opinion.

From the amazing receptionists to the techs David and Damian, the service was overall impeccable. I called in need of coil cleaning as we are selling our home and we were unsure if we needed a deep cleaning or a standard cleaning of the coils. Not only did they go above and beyond to get us in asap but they did an exceptional job. I will be hiring them for any and all future necessities. Thank you guys once again!
