Their technician contacted to confirm my appointment and to let me know he was on his way. He started working on my maintenance service. I appreciate that he wore boot coverings and stated that my system is in good working order and ready for the heating season.

I like to share a very bad first experience in many years with Watts Air Conditioning Service , as usually I called for a normal maintenance service for my AC. For the very first time now they asked you " is this for maintenance or for " service "? For me it's very logic that when you call for maintenance then the tech. find something wrong that need to be " service THEN the call becomes a service one ! Is this is now a "word" game to charge you more as they did ? For the " service they charge $99.00 but If I said maintenance the fee was less. How do I know? The technician in less than 20 mins. checked the gas pressure and everything was perfect. Fee: $99.00 . In the other hand I ask to change a "capacitor" in a wall unit ( 5 mins work ) and the charge was $ 189.00 ! 5 mins work. ( The Capacitor cost $ 12.25.at Amazon same brand ,same specs. (See photo) I heard that Watts AC changed ownership. Again, the tricky question is this: " you want maintenance or service " a very well intended question to change the cost of the service or the maintenance, what a very novel way to ripoff people. We called with an AC issue at 8p. The receptionist was helpful and said Technician David would call within 2 hours, but if he didn’t to be sure to call her back. David called 20 minutes later and was at the house by 8:45p. We had never used Watts before but had paperwork from previous owners showing purchase/install of the unit from Watts 4 years earlier. David was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. With our paperwork, David was able to confirm that the part was under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor. He had the unit working soon and the cost was reasonable. We will continue to call on Watts for our AC needs.

David serviced our old air conditioner some years ago, and today he serviced the new one. He is knowledgeable about his product, courteous, and quick. We appreciate his assistance.

Had preventive maintenance performances on 12/16/21 at a cost of $85 on 12/19/21 after hours the capacitor went on my air conditioner. At an additional service call cost of $99.00. Spoke w Mr Watts directly. He could care less. He was RUDE AND ARROGANRT. NEVER AGAIN. Office staff was RUDE, hung up phone.

Phenomenal customer service. Quick response time, and had very knowledgeable and professional staff. Technician Raymond came out and worked on our unit after it went out unexpectedly. He took time to not only evaluate the issue, but to also explain the issue and what he could do to fix it. Problem was fixed very quickly and our unit is running better than ever. I definitely recommend Watts AC!

Our AC went out on July 4th night and I called and was able to speak with a human and was contacted immediately to schedule. They came early the next morning and knew just what the problem was. I have used Watts for a long time and they are ALWAYS professional, prompt, nice, and reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service!

0 stars horrible I will never in my life use them again. My a/c was working perfectly fine called them to have a service done and I watched the guy do the service I seen freon coming out and I asked him was that normal he said yes so 2 weeks later my a/c wasn't getting cold so I called them back and told them what's was up so they came back and said the high pressure switch or side had to be fixed so I called the a/c repair company I should have called first they came out and said yes it looked liked it could have been damaged when he was messing with something he shouldn't have been messing with, so if it was 0 stars that's what I would rate them just horrible.

WOW, incredible 5 Stars plus. Thank you to the owner and tech David.. To call Sunday evening needing AC fixed and they come out at 10pm Sunday night, fix problem, fee was VERY reasonable, I do mean very reasonable to. Add Sunday night to it and I'm beyond impressed 👏👌.. Only use them for your AC needs, few people would have done this...great job David, you was incredible and professional..I wish I could give more than 5 stars..THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO...
