They had to come 3 separate times to fix my AC and it is still not fixed. Nigel is rude and arrogant and never comes on the phone. Will be going to another AC company from now on.

These people have been taking advantage of my older parents for years and I come home on mothers day to find out they havent had working AC for days. Unbelievable.

Needed a question answered. Emailed the question and waited for a week for an answer. No response. Did a follow up email. Still no answer. If you can't get a simple answer to a question, why would you ask for anything more?

You should teach your drivers how to drive and not cut somebody off and almost hit them. Because they don’t know where they are going.

It was terrible. I called for a repair under warranty and I was charged 99.00 for a trip charge. Outrageous!!!
