Much cheaper then other companies in the area. I asked out another company to see what's going on when the AC wasn't cooling. Watts said I needed a new coil as I had a pin hole leak. Watts quoted me at $1400. I got another company Ace I believe it was. And they said $2600. Huge difference. In the end Charles M. Watts because I was a week without AC waiting on a part. Charged me $1000. I can't complain.

They were very persistant in finding the problem. The service people were very friendly, punctual and professional. I needed a new compressor ($1500), but there were a couple of leaks in the system after they installed it. I would love to give them five stars but it took a total of 7 visits and three weeks for them to correctly diagnose and fix the issue.

I called to report our air was out and a tech called me back within minutes. He originally said he might not be able to get out that day, but he called back about an hour later and was here within 30 minutes. He was so nice and cheery and told us he found the problem and had to order the part and it would be the first of the week. He got the air running before he left. So extremely happy with the service and especially with Jonathan. I will use Watts from now on.

Watts was very prompt, efficient, and honest. The last time I had work done by another company and I was charged twice as much for the exact same repair!! Leonard was my tech--he was excellent. I'll be a loyal Watts customer from now on.

I used to have a central air unit that came from watts. I bought a new one from loves in Dec from Loves. I tried to buy through Mr Watts. I’m not happy with the purchase. Wondering if Mr Watts would trade it in for the one I bought. Bought a 3 ton unit. I wish I would of bought the unit from you all. My name is Steven L Woods Sr 271 Alpine Dr. WinterHaven,FL 33881. We report the Problem Friday Afternoon. The Tech. came by said we needed a new Compressor with minimum inspection, So in 2018 it still takes three days for him to get the part .......So three days later we call and the part hadn't arrived yet it turns out arriving around noon , Now the Office said they won't be able to come out because of a rain storm......However it hasn't rained all day three hours pass I call back and tell them. it has rained and it doesn't look like it will be raining anytime soon .. Also it rain in Florida Everyday in the summer around 3:30-4pm....But still NO RAIN & NO AC......I think you'll get better service somewhere else. Happy Hunting & Stay COOL!

HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP ! i had Watts put a unit in one of my rentals about 5 yrs ago . the air handler stopped working , so i called another company to check it out . they told me that it was the worst install they have ever come across .the duct work was not even attached to the handler . nothing was taped or sealed .they left all the old equipment in the attic . they never replaced the coolant tubing ,which was 3/16" with a 3/8"line . a 3/8 is needed for the newer units. when i asked Watts about that, they told me that i never requested to have it changed .[ like i should know that .] watts decided not to do anything about it . you trust that these people are pros. i did not realized that i needed to hirer a different a/c company to crawl up in the attic to check out Watt's work . never again. in response to your response : i called you guys to let you know what sloppy work you guys did . also i sent photos of the work . i was told you would be getting back to me ,and you never did .and your condescended remark " that you can only help people that want to be help". is pretty childish . there are a/c companies that are honest , to bad you're not one of them

So, off the recommendation of a few neighbors on this site I decided to contact Watts AC in Haines City. We made an appointment for yesterday (tuesday) and the guy came in the afternoon around 2pm. I happen to be working in the yard and when I saw him I said "hello, my husband's inside, you can go ahead and knock" all he said was ok and kept walking. Didn't introduce himself or anything. To make a long story a bit shorter he couldn't find the leak with the machine he had said he needed another one that he had left somewhere. He said he would have to come back later that day or tomorrow to find the leak. We said ok but were frustrated since it was not our fault he didn't come prepared. I asked him to please try to come the same day but to give us a call either way because we had appointments and plans the next day. He agreed. Well he didn't come back the day of and no call so I called the office Wednesday morning to which the lady put me on hold. She tells me that he did not put himself returning on dispatch and that he is getting me a quote for a coil and will call me. What!! He didn't even find the leak!!! I said I'm sorry but he needs to learn better communication, I asked him to call and now he isn't coming out and made me waste a day and now he is quoting me for a leak he didn't even find? CAN YOU BELIEVE THE LADY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!! I kid you not, it was his mistake for not coming prepared, his mistake for not calling and his mistake for not planning on coming out again but I don't even deserve an apology? So after talking it over with my husband we decide to waste more time looking into another company. I called the office, told her we had talked earlier, she said okay?. I told her that we decided to go a different way because we weren't happy with how things went down and we weren't even told when to expect a quote, just that he would call. She interrupted me mid sentence and said I did tell you he would call. To which I replied yes but you didn't tell when, a few days? A week? She interrupted again and said when he could, you have a nice day, you have a nice day, you have a nice day, trying to shut me up. Very rude, Very unprofessional. I am tired of bad service. People and companies in general feel so entitled, YOU NEED US mentality when in reality THEY NEED US, the consumer. I see it all the time and I am over it. The only bad service I expect is from a debt collector. Most importantly LEARN TO COMMUNICATE! Sorry for long post but I needed to share.

My a/c went out yesterday 10/13 the tech name "Ray" came out but he did not have the part. He took the old one to make sure he get the right part. He came back this morning and I can proudly say my a/c is working. The tech was very nice person he was very trustworthy. From now on "WATT'S A/C" ONLY I will use for my a/c problems. Thanks again
