Anthony was prompt in arrival. Inquired as to the reason for the service call (auxiliary continuously shown on display). He performed a few adjustments to the a/c settings and concluded the auxiliary display was due to operator error...making excessive temperature adjustments ( more than 2 degree intervals). So, Anthony made the necessary adjustments and temperature settings a mmm nd departed.

However, upon returning home yesterday, the auxiliary indicator was on again and has been on display throughout the night.

Therefore, the service call did not remedy the auxiliary being displayed.

Great service. Very thorough inspection of our air conditioning unit. He came and checked everything out, cleaned out everything, and even changed our air filters. Great service and great customer service.
