    Great job and QUICK service! I called in the morning and my A/C was fixed by noon at a reasonable price. Bill was very professional and knowledgeable and identified and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing A/C service.

    Joe has 35 plus years in Air Conditioning service and it showed. He is thorough and comprehensive. He takes time to educate the customer in thermostat operation. Air Flow is fortunate to have him work for them.

    Anthony drew the short straw of running service after hours on a Friday evening. He kept me in the loop on his arrival time which was a huge help. Arrived on time, determined very quickly what was wrong with the AC unit, and had it fixed and cooling in about 15 minutes. He was very professional.

    My home AC was out I called them for a diagnostic and estimate, Was a fan motor and capacitor, When I asked for the price to repair them I was told by the technician they have a blanket all type pricing system, In other words a basic repair of replacement parts is gonna cost you either the $442 for very limited repairs or the $600 pricing for electrical, gold ,platinum and such, They don't charge you per repair per say they charge you a flat fee, I used to do property management for commercial restaurants, I did a lot of work with AC people, Maybe I'm getting old but I used to get a written estimate for a parts and service, and that was the cost, Not this whole flat fee, everything done for one price no matter how minor the repair, Diagnostic but the Tech could not give it to me I had to request it from the office, The Tech was a very nice person and everyone I spoke to was very nice, Just letting you know that no matter how small the repair. You're not gonna walk away with paying less than $400 with this company.

    I would never recommend Air Flow Design for two reasons. They never informed us to register the unit within 90 days to get our warranty extended from 5 years to 10 years. When we moved into our brand new home, there was no paperwork of any kind given to us or attached to the unit. Air Flow Designs came out to our home two weeks after we moved in to fix a problem they created, and again, never mentioned anything about registration or the 90 day deadline. We cannot register something we don’t know about and for which we have no paperwork.

    Secondly, since at 5.5 years we were now out of warranty (because we weren’t told about a registration for the extended 10 years) Air Flow quoted $850 to fix the AC, which was $300 higher than another company, so we chose the other company. That other company not only fixed the AC for $300 less, but they said that Air Flow should have done the registration when it was installed and that the duct work had been installed incorrectly.

    The technician appeared to have a know it all attitude. We would ask questions and get "I've been doing this for 35 years, I know what I am doing" We have learned that we need to ask questions. We were not questioning his competence, we were just asking questions. To be honest, I am not certain that the maintenance was performed or not. He says it was, but the time spent here was shorter then the time other technicians spent doing the maintenance.

    Fantastic service and excellent communication from scheduling the service call to a notification that Joe was enroute. I had an idea of the problem and given permission to proceed w/ the diagnosis and repair so Joe had the repair done before I arrived home. I couldn’t have asked for better service and fast response. Thanks Again Joe!

    William was clean, polite, efficient, gave me the infomation I needed and tested everything inside. Due to storms the outside work will be rescheduled on a latter date. I was very pleased with his professional appeoach to the annual maintance.

    anthony was very personal and knowledgeable.i would request him again.but as an electrician for 35 yrs charging 200 dollars for replacing a capacitor was a little steep.thanks for your prompt response to my ac issue as my girlfriend has stomach cancer and i had to have this resolved quickly.much appreciated.
