The technician, John H., arrived on time, inspected my HVAC system and explained how it was working as well as my options for needed repairs. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I’ve been using Mid Florida for a long time and they’ve always been very dependable so would definitely recommend.

Where do I start. First, I want to compliment the professionalism exuded by the staff of Mid Fl I have encountered along the way. Very good company to do business with. Second, Kosha and Jacob were very efficient they worked as a team and got the job done. They were tasked with removing my 11 yo system and replacing that system with a newer and more efficient one. Upon their arrival they were ready to start and got down to business. With little hesitation they were able to install my system and answered questions I had about the process. And they were very friendly. Jacob worked efficiently without interruption. He handled his part of the assignment with ease. While Kosha attended to the other part. I must say they are well oiled machine. I am so happy with the service I received and look forward to working with you guys again. So my 5 star rating is what I think of my service I received today. Thank you so much. If you need your system repaired, replaced, or maintenance you won't go wrong.

Today was my six month maintenance for my system. Robert was my technician and he was thorough with the process. He informed each time he thought it was necessary. Courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with my service I received today.

Not good. Feel as if an amateur job was done and I was charged for a pro’s job. The guy was a real joke. He said it would be $125 to empty the drain line and refill. He used my hose to back flush the line (which is a bad practice) got the blockage out, a small frog, and some sediment. He then quit and let me turn off the hose without flushing the line. Then over the noise of the unit he mentioned that it was now running.

I must now purchase screen to cover the drain after I flush the rest of any sediment from the line.

Also, I told him what the problem was and he did no further diagnosis of the unit. However, he charged $99 for diagnosing the problem.

Finally, the tech was at my home less than one-half hour.

I feel so lucky that I decided to go with Mid-Florida when I had a problem with my AC this past summer. It was crazy hot and my unit just wouldn't blow! I had gone google crazy and was expecting the worse! But let me tell you that I got blessed with Wes!! He came and listened to all my concerns, let me tag along to see what he was looking for (because I'm just extremely curious by nature) and made sure to exhaust ALL possibilities before even trying to recommend a new unit (because I'll tell you... mine IS OLD). By doing so, Wes finally found the problem! Literally fixed it with some insulation tape (no idea if that's accurate) and set me up with AN INCREDIBLY AFFORDABLE maintenance plan. Wes literally saved me THOUSANDS and gained a customer for LIFE. I know it took a while for me to write this review, but I can add that 6 months later and my unit is STILL GOING STRONG! Thank you Wes and Mid-FL Heating and Air!

Their office staff is quite courteous and respectful. The most recent service worker that came to my house to do a biannual inspection and cleaning was excellent. He was efficient and did not try to sell me things I did not need. Previous workers have tried to pressure me to upgrade when we didn't need to. I think a great deal depends on who you get as your service worker. I would recommend Dan.

Been with Mid-Fla for about 9-10 years. I have never had any issues with either the phone or field personnel.

Techs have always been on time and very professional.

Perfect example: Received a call from Brittany in the Gainesville office to schedule my biannual service visit. She was so nice on the phone. I frankly had a long day and her pleasant demeanor really made my day. The fact that she took a few seconds to make small talk made me feel like I was talking to a friend as opposed to a salesperson looking to make a commission.

This company is great! Compassionate people and willing to come out in the heat after hours to fix the AC! After calling multiple places, they were the only ones that responded and were just so nice! True customer service and I can't thank them enough for their help! Brittany and Heather (I think her name was Heather 6/10/20 6:30ish) were just amazing! Give these girls employee of the month or something for being good people! Thank you all again for your willingness to help in what felt like a nightmare of a day!

Robert Lowrey conducted my heating and A/C bi-annual maintenance. He was very professional, friendly, and answered any questions that I had. I have been doing business with Mid-Florida for many years and I have always been satisfied with the work/service that they have provided.

The installation of the new a/c unit was perfectly done, on time and within budget. My technician, James E. Was very professional and well versed in the maintenance my unit. He made some reccomendations for the installation of some added features. He explained the purpose of these additions but he did not try to force them on me. He did suggest that I should consider them in the future.

I called MID-FLA off a postcard I received in the mail. My husband is a contractor and this is the first company who backs up their work with a warranty. Wes Hart was our technician. Wes was VERY thorough and explained the process every step of the way. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about his field of work. My husband who is a critic said Hands Down BEST service and knowledgeable technician and company he had ever dealt with. Very Refreshing! We purchased a maintenance plan and look forward to future business with this company!
