Service today was awesome. The technician Vincent P. was professional and kept me up to date on the maintenance call. He explained everything from A-Z on what was good and what needed to be replaced. I am so pleased with his service that I would like him to comeback in the future.

We moved in about 2 months ago and started having a/c issues. Cory came out and assessed situation very quickly and was very professional. Because seller did not indicate warranty transferred to us, Cory worked with office to waive part of the cost. Thank you very much!

The young man who serviced our unit was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained every thing that was close to being out of tolerance and the cost to fix it. He did a great job!

Our tech, Julio D, was professional, courteous, and considerate (empathetic with my past experience). He was timely, and efficient, at the same time thorough. I would like to request he be my service tech whenever possible. He was honest, in that, he said he doesn't know everything but has the sense to ask for help if needed. I respect that.

Not long after we bought our house the 18 year old AC that came with it went out. Mid FL Heating and Air was helpful through the whole process of getting a new ac & the new system literally cut our electric bill in half. James E just came out for the 6 month check on our new system. He was very helpful & informative and took time to answer our questions thoroughly.

We had Mid-Florida Heating & Air come do our Furnace Cleaning and they came recommended. I don't doubt they did a good job, but at the end the guy said our outside Central Air Surge protector was not working and they could sell me one for over $219.00. He showed the surge protector to me in the original box.
Since I sell online, I asked if i could look the same exact one up, and sure enough, found the same one selling for $60.00. I told him what I had found, explained I felt that was a very big markup, and passed.
I will be purchasing my own and finding a local trusted electrician to install.

James did a excellent job of explaining and doing the work on my air conditioner. He was very professional in every way. I would recommend and request that he service my unit every time.
