One Way Air

WOW..this company is fabulous. We’ve been suffering over two weeks with our broken 7 year old AC. Called Kyle (fabulous)…he got Chase (fabulous also) here within an hour. Chase popped an AC in our bedroom window because our home was cooking and we hadn’t slept in two weeks. ONE WAY AC got us a new central unit within a week and it’s installed.
Their mechanics Pedro and Christian were super duper Ace mechanics and neat as a pin.
My husband and I were so impressed with this business. They are a rare find.

Kyle was Great, professional, communicated very well with us. Very friendly. Really appreciated him driving out to Golden Gate Estates at night to look at our AC, took him about 10 mins to find the issue and fixed it in no time. Highly recommended! Now we have someone to call when we have an AC emergency! Thank you Kyle!

Our older ac unit was on the fritz and we weren’t sure if we would repair or replace.
Did a Google search and got a few estimates setup.
One Way Air maintained excellent communication and arrived on time.
Kyle was respectful and courteous.
He offered us both the repair and replace options.
We opted for the replace because it was going to have to be replaced at some point anyway, might as well check one more thing off that never-ending list.
We scheduled the job, they arrived on time. There was a sizing issue with the machine and that was a bit of a bummer, but Kyle responded with professionalism. I was at ease and sure everything would work out just as he promised.
With that resolved, the job proceeded.
As work progressed, they found some damage to the duct work, were diligent to inform us and offer us solutions.
They cleaned up after themselves, ensured everything was tip top and reminded us of our follow up services before heading out.
My place now feels like Alaska and I have icicles on my eyelashes which is exactly the way I like it!!
True professionalism seems to be in such decline these days that when we find it, it’s like water in the desert; refreshing! Thanks to Kyle and his team. Easily recommended to anyone looking for a new a/c install.

We are new homeowners in LeHigh Acres FL and purchased a service agreement from One Way Air. At their initial visit they discovered a VERY dirty system with microbial growth. They cleaned that system, the ducts, changed filters, put in preventive mold lighting and so much more. The home has the freshest air and we are confident in the service they provided. This company is very reliable, I came home one night and realized my AC was not blowing cold air, it was past 11 p.m, I called over 6 different 24.7 emergency numbers and either they had no one available till the next day or they did not respond. I came across One way air and with in a couple of rings I got an answer, I explained my situation and within 35 mins they arrived. My AC was repaired and cold again, which my family and I were very grateful as our Home was already reaching 82 degrees, it would have been a tough night to sleep for us and our fur babies, thanks to One way Air we had a good night sleep. We recommend this company on a regular day or even in a late night emergency with your AC, as well their prices are reasonable and just right, even for a late night call.

Update:
Ian wiped out the original system on Wednesday. Called Kyle on Thursday. He informed me that he could not make it out today due to flooding. Arrived on Friday and did troubleshooting on the system. While the news was bad, Kyle offered 3 solutions, 3 prices and 3 different warranties. We opted for a new unit. While he could not promise he could get his hands on it, he would try. He pulled off a miracle, acquired the entire unit. Pedro and Chrstian arrived Saturday and installed new system, and took away the old one. Thanks to all for making this happen! Call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Kyle, the owner and Chase the technician are professional, prompt and honest. The communication was first rate, service outstanding. No upselling or BS. First time customer and felt confident I can trust this company. Do much so, I signed up for annual service.
