Alexis did an amazing job! When we had our AC go out in the middle of the day, he came and fixed it in a timely manner. Was very professional! Very glad to have this AC Company as our company!

Chase from One Way Air did an exceptional job repairing and repiping my AC a few days after the hurricane when no one else would come to my home.
They impressed me so much I even signed up with a service contract!

I contacted OneWayAir because I wasn’t completely satisfied with my current vendor. OneWayAir responded timely and efficiently and sent a technician out. Alexis did a great job of understanding my unit and helped me with all of my questions of addressing all of my concerns. Alexis was diligent and trustworthy. I am excited to have a new fresh start with a solid company. In fact I called the next day to have OneWayAir service my investment property as well.

Stated would be @ my home between 1-3pm, Kyle stated maybe @ noon. He stated he called, but no record of this. No one showed up between 1-3pm. I called close to 5pm. He stated he could have someone there in approximately 25 minutes. I had enough. Told them I do not want their business. He called back several times. Had to block number, then called me back several times from another number as my son told him not to call back. He called again. Blocked that number. Two guys showed up at 5:30pm stating they were scheduled from 4-6pm. I apologized that the owner did not inform them I would not do business with them and hoped they didn't have to drive too far.

After Hurricane Ian our air conditioner didn’t work. We called them and they made sure to have a crew here that same day! We needed a new air conditioner, they had them in stock and was able to come the following day to install. Very nice and professional and on time. I know how busy they must be after the hurricane, but they were prepared with units and crews. Thank you so much for your promptness and your help during this time! I would highly recommend One Way Air if you are needing a heat and air company.

I was watching my brother's house and needed to be here for ac check. The gentleman was right on time..almost down to the minute. He was very professional and still very personable! I will be reccomending them to my sister who is putting a new home in down the road soon. 5 stars and hang on to that young man!
