The receptionist who set up the appointment mentioned there was an $85 service charge to come see what the issue was with my ac unit. I was under the impression that the $85 would go towards the services I got. The $85 was in addition to the work that was done. When I asked the service tech why they don't waive the $85 service charge when the customer uses their services he called his office. I suggested to the office to be clearer when you set appointments that the $85 fee is additional to the work and the owner got on the phone. The owner told me if I didn't want to pay that they would take their part and leave. He didn't do anything to make the situation better but made it worse. Even when I asked him to put someone else on the phone he refused since he was the owner. I didn't ask for them to waive the $85 I just gave him feedback. He would rather argue with his customer and lose a sale than to accept responsibility for aby miscommunication from his business. I would never recommend anyone use this business.

I am so happy I chose to go with extreme temp air conditioning as I will no longer let anyone else do any work to my HVAC system. Look no farther as you will not be disappointed with their service.

I had a leaking a/c unit on labor day. I called extreme temp. Zack the a/c technician called me back and helped me through the steps. Zack was very professional and helpful fixed my a/c and all is well.

I use Extreme for my business warehouse and 2 condos that I own. Service is pretty much immediate. The service is always done completely. And their people, from Cheryl to the techs (Ray) are so incredibly polite and down to earth. I will not use any other company.

I got home at 6:10 yesterday to find out my a/c was not working. Called Extreme and within 1 hour they were at my house diagnosing the problem. The technician had to problem solve based on the age of my unit. He was confident and knowledgeable enough to do so instead of just saying he would have to come back tomorrow with different parts. It allowed us to sleep with a/c last night. Great job especially considering it was an after hours call!
