Beau was fantastic and very professional. He correctly diagnosed and fixed two problems I was having with my pump and thermostat where other technicians could not. Great guy! Also I like the fact they have a maintenance plan that allows for two checkups per year with a 15% discount if you need parts/or other services . Thanks again!

This was one of the best visits by Island Aire so far. I had a shut down and the thermostat end it was maintenance time as well. Adam came in evaluated the situation, was extremely informative in detail both before he begin working, during he kept me posted, when he was done he answered all questions and concerns that I had in perfect detail and knowledgeableInformation. Adam worked quickly. He was extremely considerate and very polite. I would ask for him For my next maintenance visit or if I ever had any kind of concerns with my unit. Adam was amazing!

We have lived in Southwest Florida now for over 30 years and have used many HVAC Service companies during that time. Island Aire has proven to be by far the best we have ever used. The office staff has always been extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. The service staff has been remarkably skilled, friendly and thorough. It has been wonderful to work with an organization whose employees appear to enjoy what they do.

Service tech was very helpful explaining what services he provided and answered all the questions we had about the service. No scare tactics—just facts. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. He took it in stride that we had three dogs wandering in and out of the area.

Island Aire installed a new ac and air handler and duct work a few years ago and have done the repairs and maintenance since. They are always super fast to respond, the techs are professional and nice and keep you informed on what they’re doing and associated costs as they go. I am so happy to have them as my go to AC company ! Highly recommend !

Michael with Island Aire arrived right on time, as scheduled, and was incredibly professional throughout his visit. He explained everything he was doing to maintain and treat our system, and he gave us some great ideas as to how we might be able to make the A/C distribution in our house more efficient. He did not push any products on us, but was able to let us know what options are available to us. I will absolutely be calling Island Aire and Michael again in the near future for all our A/C system needs.

Apparently, its hard to find good help post pandemic, like so many businesses. Another tech was a horrible no-show. I am guessing that happy hour got in the way of work. But thats a guess based on the background noise during his phone call rhat he would be
little late due to traffic. The appointment window was 3-5. By 730 he had not shown. But I cannot blame the company for a bad apple. They tried to make it right and thats all you can ask for. Every other experience was great.

It just goes to show that employers have challenges today finding employees like Michael.
