So, I initially called because my AC couldn't get below 80. The pan was filling up with water... I called and (Jesse) came out same day and I explained the issue. He immediately knew the issue before he went into the attic. Then he went up and confirmed how dirty my system was.

A couple days later, (Nick and Tom) came out to do a pull and clean on my coil. They went above and beyond. They fixed a few things like my drain pipe outside, and stayed as long as it took to get the job done.

I'm really impressed with the people I've encountered, and that includes the person I got on the phone that set up the appointment.

I'll be setting up my yearly maintenance soon so I don't end up in this situation again.

Michael called prior and actually was able to arrive an hour ahead of time. I was so grateful as it was 89 degrees in my home. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained to me why I had a failed system. I am now cooling down and grateful for his expertise.

Blake and Marshall from Island Aire installed a new AC system in our home. They showed up on time, did a great job, and even worked late to get it completed. Tyler did the initial evaluation and was extremely helpful and informative, he got the job set up quickly. The whole company provided an excellent service from start to finish.

After interviewing four different companies to replace our entire AC system, Island Aire, and their employees made the decision that much easier. While price is always an important factor, peace of mind in knowing your money was well spent is also critical. Island Aire was the only company that was able to properly assess our current system and to tell us what we needed to do to get the new system to address our concerns.
Yes, it cost a little more, but now the whole house is being evenly cooled by our energy efficient and professionally installed AC system.

I had a preventative maintenance done yesterday on my AC and today apparently today my AC has quit working it is now 85° in my house when I walked in from work today. I've called the after-hours line hoping somebody will call me back. Will update if this was taken care of timely or not Jesse called and was out within 2 hours. They were able to get my air back on very quickly. I appreciate their rapid response and and great work.

Changed uv light. Ken was terrific and completed all work in timely manner & explained any findings. Always happy with Island Aire!!
