American Home Shield sent them out to repair my AC. it took them weeks to get the part with the only communication between them and I was by me calling them. Hours after they repaired my AC water was leaking through the roof in my garage. Their response was that the leveling was off and it was their experience that Wouldn’t be covered by American Home Shield. My response was that they should be responsible for it since it was level for the 14 years prior to their technician working on it. They offered be a quote for the repairs. They are the last company I would ever call for service
JD& Pedro did a fantastic job installing my new a/c. They kept everything neat and organized and cleaned up very well when they finished. Office ladies did a great job at explaining the process and answering any of my questions. I love my new a/c, Thank you Integrity!!
These guys were the servicers for my home warranty. They told me one story, and then told the warranty company another one so that the warranty company would not cover the repairs. Then, when I tried to call them, they would either not answer the phone, wouldn't return voicemails, or would pick up the phone and then hang up. As a result I am having my air conditioning system and ductwork completely replaced by one of their competitors. It's a shame, because their techs were nice. But company does not stand up for the customer when push comes to shove #disappointed #AHS #integrityair
A/C stopped working. Choice Home Warranty lined up Integrity to fix it. Integrity came 4 days later, incorrectly diagnosed a faulty TXV valve, told us not to use the A/C until new valve was installed. After 3 more days called Integrity who said the valve would take 3 to 4 weeks to get. Decided to call another HVAC company Pure Air for second opinion. Company came right out the next morning and correctly diagnosed the problem as dirty air filter which caused iced up condenser. Company cleaned condenser checked Freon reading and turned the unit back on. They also recommended replacing the 14 year old A/C unit. Don’t waist your time calling Integrity. Service technician was inexperienced and didn’t fix the problem.
I had my air handler replaced by integrity Air, my experience very satisfactory. They responded to all my concern and were overly willing to perform the job. Tech were prompt and courteous, office staff was ver polite and understood my needs. I also spoke with the owner “Michele” she was I’m where R U? accommodating and woman of her word. I will definitely do business with Integrity air in the future.

Thermostat was new had had been working perfectly for 2 months.n We had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get in a thermostat. They now put in a thermostat that is not compatible with our system not can we access it remotely. We have been without AC for over a month. ( have other unit working to try and cool entire home). I DO NOT recommend Integrity Air. Call anyone else.
JD and Pedro were professional, courteous and did a great job installing our new AC system. They spent the entire day on the job, and cleaned up afterwards, which we very much appreciated.
This company is great! We had another company try to sell us a new AC, but Integrity came in and it turned out we just needed a new capacitor. Very pleased and would highly recommend!
Made false claims of my AC needing parts the Home Warranty doesn't cover (American Home Shield). Integrity Pressured me to buy a new unit from them, which I did not. (I pay home warranty company to keep mine running) Made other false claims of home warranty not applicable (AHS had approved these repairs - Integrity called AHS and had the authorization reversed). If you have AHS - Mandate you use another contractor.
Ahs assigned integrity to fix our ac. Person calling to schedule appointment was quite rude. Called ahs back and told them not to send this company to our house anymore. Other company sent out was great.
