We were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of both the gentleman who came to our house for a consultation/estimate as well as the the two installers. They had excellent manners and answered our questions and addressed our concerns honestly.

They were sent as part of our home warranty service and we are glad they did!! The tech was Ray that was sent out. He was on time and very professional. In very short time he found and repaired the problem. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

They came within the time frame specified and provided a phone call about 30 minutes prior to arriving, identified the problem and initiated the fix. What more could I want?

WE HAD A TECH COME TO OUR HOUSE CLAIMING HIS DAUGHTER WAS SICK WITH COVID AFTER HE WAS ALREADY IN THE HOUSE . IF YOU HAVE AMERICAN HOKE SHIELD ASK FOR AC PROS !!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY OR DO . THE TECHNICIAN BURNT MY CURCUIT BOARD IN ONE OF THE AC UNITS BECAUSE HE “DIDNT KNOW HOW THE WIRING WENT” MY OTHER UNIT HAD A LEAK IN THE COIL AND THE COMPANY ADDED FREON AND DYE BUT BEFORE THE TECH LEFT HE LEFT MY HOUSE WITHOUT VERFIYING PROPER OPERATION OF THE AC UNIT AND WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING ON THE DOOR AND SAYING HE WAS COMPLETED THE AC FROZE UP WITHIN 30 MINS ANDI HAD TO TURN AC UNIT BACK OFF IN ORDER TO NOT FURTHER DAMAGE ANY WOOD OR DRYWALL ( WHICH WAS ALSO NO BIG DEAL TO THE TECH)I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY TO THE POINT WHERE THIS COMPANY IS NOT ALLOWED ON MY PROPERTY IVE HAD SEVRAL ISSUES OTHER THAN THIS ISSUE WITH THEM THIS WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE.. IVE PAYED TO REPLACE MY OWN SYSTEM I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THESE PEOPE ARE STRAIGHT UP CON ARTIST

Terrible customer service. The tech pulled a plant completely out of the ground didn’t ask, didn’t put it back, didn’t even tell us he left it that way. I left a message expressing my concerns, when I got a call back from the owner, she was extremely rude and snide and giving every excuse to why pulling a plant from my landscape and leaving a mess was ok.

Driving next to vehicle #5 and he’s staying in the left boxing me in and flipping me off because i flashes my light one time for him to get in the right lane because he was going slower than the right. Now I’m getting boxed in and flipped off

If you need to reach this company make sure to have your whole day open because you will have to call about 100 times before they answer...

Very good company every time I have had them out their repairman are polite and fix the problem a special thank you to Austin their repairman thank you keep up the good work.

This is September and been dealing with them trying to repair our AC since June 23rd. They finally have repaired it.
