Wonderful customer service. They provided temporary ac units in our home until our ac unit could be replaced. They were constantly in communication and available to answer questions. They were polite professional, but also they sincerely care for their customers.

I woke up and it was 83 in my house. Ac wasn't working. I called and they came out in 2hrs. Michael DeLillo he was very professional and pleasant and in 10 minutes he new it was the battery for compressor. He was very quick to resolve my problem. My puppies and I greatly appreciate it. The installation of a new AC unit, new ducts and insulation turned into a challenging job for A.N.D - we had several trying issues we had to deal with - I choose to call them learning lessons - however the end result is they followed through - they did above and beyond with all the complications and I am pleased to be writing a favorable review. I believe the company is making efforts to keep improving and increase their professionalism in the community. Also each individual that came to the house was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Jr. was very nice and very prompt. The price however is much more than I expected. Jr. did not give me a model number or a picture of the toilet. Going online Koehler toilets range anywhere from $125 upwards. That being said, $600 for installation is crazy. In addition he indicated that he gave me a discount

They came quickly, were highly professional and helpful. They were ready to install a new unit the following day but I needed to wait until the weekend because of my work schedule. They even lent me some portable A/C units until the install date.
