Called first thing in morning and call was immediately answered and dispatched a tech. This was the day after Hurricane Ian. Paid for service call over the phone. Technican arrived promptly put on shoe covers to not make a mess in the home. He was very polite and communicated problem well and fixed the issue withing 30 minutes! Great customer service and very prompt!

Chris was amazing! He was extremely pleasant, polite, polished and professional. Pure Air is blessed to have him on their team! He reviewed both attics and took photos of the problems to ensure we understood the issues. He was very thorough and generous with his time. We then had an estimate before he left. We've been taken advantage by A/C companies in the past, but Chris' knowledge, experience and presentation reassured us to use Pure Air. We will be scheduling service next week. Thank you, Chris. We experienced issues with our 10 year old AC unit this afternoon. I called PureAir because Google showed that they had the most experience of the AC repair businesses in my area. They dispatched a technician promptly. The AC technician that arrived was Mason Roberts. Mason was very professional and offered an abundance of optimism even before he inspected our AC unit. While inspecting, Mason was more than happy to share some of his recommendations that obviously come from years of experience and expertise. He had my AC back up and running in no time. Due to the prompt dispatching of a technician, and that technicians professionalism and can-do attitude, we will definitely call Pure Air again.

I own several properties and use Pure Air Conditioning exclusively! Over the years I have use many other AC services with disappointing results. However, a few years back I tried Pure Air Conditioning and have stuck with them ever since. These guys are absolutely the best...why? They are professional, leave the job site clean, dependable, courteous, on time, and offer a very competitive price. I have been with Pure Air since 2013 when they installed my new HVAC system. I have used them for maintenance ever since and have been very happy with their service and the maintenance contracts. This is my first repair during our cold spell and I and again I am very pleased. They are always timely and even text when on their way so you need not wait unnecessarily. They are efficient, as well as polite. I highly recommend them.

Pure Air was recommended by Trane for our warranty work. They showed up on time, ordered the necessary parts and installed the next work day! Originally we were referred to two other not-Trane certified companies and they just wasted our time and $$$. We are happy to recommend Pure Air and have signed up for a maintenance plan with them.
