The owner of this company Is extremely rude we purchased a 10 year extended warranty through the company before them and was told by them that they would honor the warranty they would cover the parts and we would pay the labor we have had them out to our house 2 different times with no problems then today we call them to come look at our unit because it is 90degrees in our house and we are coming back from vacation and our dogs are there and was told by the owner that we can find someone else to come look at our unit that he would not honor the warranty because my husband was rude to him on the phone.
My husband was not being rude to him!
I am not a person that complains but I just thought you all should be aware of this we found another company that would honor the warranty!
The Bosworth Company honored our warranty and got our air conditioner fixed quickly!

He came after hours and got our air conditioning working. Very professional and quite friendly. He has taken care of my daughter's system for years. Highly recommend.

Run don't walk away from this company RUN. The owner is terrible. I have home warranty and he said home warranties are worthless. When I reported him to home warranty he called me at 9:30 PM and he did not appreciate me telling home warranty what he said and told me he would not service the contract.
