I have many problems with air conditioning companies. Never satisfied by the services provided. I've had some rude technicians before but NEVER EVER have I had services provided to me that left a smile on my face afterwards. I only paid 34.95 for a whole entire year of service! They tuned up my ace unit and it feel better then ever. These men worked hard under my scrutiny and finished in a timely manner. I liked them so much I recommend them to my neighbors! Thank you fast Ace boys. You did a great job!!

I have to say I was very sceptical to use this company after reading their reviews. But my husband is in the service business himself and we know how easy it is for anyone to Just leave a bad review even if it wasn't a big deal. So im so happy we went with Fast AC instead of multiple other companies in this area. They were honest and willing to help us with the costs of fixing our air conditioner. I believe their pricing was a little below average for this size company but their work was way above average. The guys Dave and Dan were very clean and respectful with our house. Thank you guys we will recommend you to everyone we know and meet.

A friend recommended this company and I'm thankful!
It is hard to find a decent and reliable AC company that can help maintain and fix your AC these days. FAST AC was a huge help to me when my air conditioner suddenly broke. The office staff was friendly and kept me notified upon the technicians arrival. They sent a courteous, eager and helpful technician. He found the problem and serviced my system.
In short time, my ac system was cooling my home again!
I could not be more pleased with FAST AC.
I highly recommended them for all of your air conditioning and air quality needs.

If I could give them negative Stars I would. Had a technician come out to fix a leaking drain only to be told that the drip pan was cracked. $350 later I was supposed to have it installed two days after the service technician came, after no call and no show for the appointment I called and was informed that they had to order the pan... No big deal. After two weeks with no information I told them I either needed an update or needed a refund.... one week later I said I definitely need a refund at this point and now after 2 months they have changed their telephone numbers and no one will answer any calls.Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their BBB complaints tell the story of their company.

They installed a new system for us, said I was getting their best installer. If this guy is their best, they won't be in business long. In my opinion, they shouldn't be in business at all!
1st complaint: They lowered the unit and pan, now the emergency pan drain is too low, won't drain.
2nd: The unit was so far out of level, the water was running over the drain pan inside the unit and running out the panels into the pan.
3rd: They called to say, they would come out and do a free checkup. Two techs came out, I showed them the attic access, literally 2 minutes later they claimed to have gone out to the truck, grabbed a ladder, climbed into attic, checked pressures, climbed down and put the ladder away. There is no way! Then these guys tell me I need new copper line set. They claimed the Freon would move through the lines quicker. I called another company to verify the copper line replacement. Totally untrue! They said it would cost $2800.00
4th: The installer had to leave to pick up his child at 6:00 pm. They didn't leave until after 8:00 pm.
I would not use this company if they were the only AC contractor in Lee County. Totally un-professional! They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, for good reason.

I hope others take the time to read this review, and take my warning seriously. If not, don’t say you weren’t warned...
This was my first time using Fast AC. I would have called my usual AC company as I do every year to perform a maintenance service, but they called me to offer a especial deal on a service plan for 1 year. It was a great price for my two units so I went ahead and scheduled for them to come out. The first 2 times the tech called us to come hours early to our appointment, but we were not home as I had explained to his office that we wound’t be. The 3rd time, the tech didn’t call or show up at all. I should have realized what type of business I was dealing with at that point, but their office called a few days later and so again, we re-scheduled (big mistake) for a Friday. I wasn’t home, but my uncle was there to let the tech in. When I got home, I looked to see how the units looked. The air filter wasn’t cleaned, the drain pipes didn’t look like they had been cleaned, and the coils or around them were not cleaned at all. These are all things that their website say they do with this type of service call. I called the tech to inquire about this, but he said the air filter wasn’t “that dirty”, the coils were too old to be cleaned and that he didn’t want to damage them, and that he did clean the drain pipes. He then proceeded to try to sell me an air purifying system for 3K, or if “I preferred” a whole new unit for 11K....I saw that I wasn’t getting anywhere with him, so i called his office the following Monday to speak to a manager. I spoke to Elijah, and explained all this to him. He didn’t address any of my concerns, but instead went straight to the defense of his tech. He also denied my claim that I had paid for that service plan saying there’s no way it would been that cheap. He said he would review my earlier recorded conversation with the office to see what we had agreed on, and then would call me back the next day. He didn’t call me back Tuesday, so I called him back Thursday. He said his office was undergoing training on a whole new computer software, so he coudn’t help me at that time. He said he would call me back the next day, Friday, but again he didn’t. I called him on Tuesday and spoke to him. He said that I did have the 1 year service plan, and asked “what do you want”. Again, I brought up my issues, and again he went on to defend the tech. I told him I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted him to send another technician that would do what his website said they would do. He didn’t seem to believe me so I asked him if I could email him some pics of my units so he could see for himself. He gave me his email address and so I sent him the pics....days have passed and still no word from Elijah. I give up, I’m cutting my losses and will now call my usual AC company to service my AC unit like they’ve done every year.

These guys were called to the house after spending over $13,000 on new equipment within the past couple years due to the air conditioning not working correctly. A man showed up and proceeded to tell us it was gonna cost over $2,000 to replace the line set due to being under sized. After raising multiple questions we determined that the guy who showed up had been fired from the company and someone was feeding him calls from within the company. At which point I spoke to the owner who then showed up to the house himself with 3 other gentlemen. At which time we all determined that the Line set was not undersized. Fast forward 3 months later and the same company shows up again with the same problem persisting. I was out of town at the time. A new technician shows up and tells my grandmother its gonna cost $2,400 to replace an undersized line set. My grandmother paid them , however they were told not to do any work at the house unless they spoke with me first. No one called me!! Thank God I was able to stop payment on the check. This company uses scare tactics and prey on the elderly. They have no moral values or integrity

Had AC go out recently and it was so hot out and these guys were the only company that responded! Everyone else said they were to busy and were multiple days out! They really do live up to there motto and had my AC fixed and cooling better then ever the same day! Would recommend this company to anyone and they have really knowledgeable techs with high integrity!

FastAC replaced my unit and installed a Guardian Air in-duct purifier. They come out every six months for a scheduled clean and check to ensure my system is well maintained. My electric bill is lower and the air quality in my home is perfection! Fees are reasonable. They’re professional. I would recommend them.

This company came out to my home last week. I called them cause my unit stopped working and I was getting married in two hours I needed my air working. They could’ve sold me anything and I would’ve paid. But instead they said it was my drain line they vacuumed it and that’s it all fixed. I love these guys! Thank you fast ac and healthier home solutions
