I needed to have the duct work replaced and a new hood. The crew that came to my home we're awesome went way beyond my expectations. Donnie is my neighbor. He came out after he was off work on his own time. He repaired my AC that my apartment has not repaired in 2 months in a total of 45 minutes. I do not recommend Sage Apartment Complex or their maintenance personnel. Donnie is a great asset to And Services i I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know! He replace a fuse in the air handler
The fan worked but no AC or HEAT.
THIS HAPPEND TWICE
He gave me 4 quotes ranging in price from $19.000 up to $34.000. LOL HE and THE AC CO. IS A RIP OFF OF SENIOR CITIZENS.

Bryan came to the house as scheduled and on time. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and answered our many questions with ease and patience! He educated us on a few things with our AC unit without making us feel totally inadequate. And although he, like many others here in Florida, have been thru personal loss from Hurricane Ian, you would never have known it based on Bryan's friendly, outgoing mannerisms. He truly knows what customer service is and should be and when needed in the future, we will always call And Services. Thanks again Bryan!
