By all accounts good service as their reviews reflect. They replaced the piping in the house and the air conditioner over the last couple of years, so I thought to give them continued loyalty by having them out for "major" leak detection. They couldn't find either of my two leaks, one of which I already identified as being between the water main by the street and the house, but couldn't locate on my own. Their suggestion was to replace the entire line at $4,500. I ended up having to hire another company that located the leaks within minutes (less than 30). I had Paradise back out to repair one of the two leaks which was an already exposed PVC pipe leak outdoors at a cost of $880. Foolishly, I expected more than a 50% credit of the $533 major leak detection given they didn't detect any leaks, but that wasn't the case. The most disappointing part was the person on the phone said the owner was ok with losing my business.

Update... I found out from my neighbor today that the prior owner used Paradise to replace the entire outside line a short while ago, so they came out to fix something they put in and tried to resell me a complete redo in the process.

Antonio was excellent, he was professional, courteous, and very honest. He explained the good, the bad, and the ugly regarding drain cleaning. Luckily it was the good and the problem was resolved. He made sure the job was done and did not skip any steps. Also, the office staff was very professional and nice. will definitely use again.

We had a leak emergency! I contacted this company and they helped us out the next day. Paul was amazing, very profesional and he did a great job repairing the issue. We definitely recommend their service.

Had hose bib replaced and clogged shower head repaired. Work was done well and plumber was knowledgeable and competent. I thought the pricing was a bit high but I guess everything is high these days. Overall I was very satisfied with the work.

Jeremy Wise was on time, thorough, professional and provided detailed estimate on hot water tank replacement. Will likely use this company but discussing with wife first lol.

They came out the same day on a weekend. The repairs were done quickly. The tech, Ray, was well informed and was able to explain clearly the situation. He also went above and beyond by staying to clean the indoor unit and repair the outflow pipe even though it was a Sunday.

Great service, office staff was very friendly and helpful, I was able to get an appointment fast. The technician Kevin showed up on time did a great job. He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly, will definitely be using them again.
