Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I received a very high-quality and timely AC replacement / installation from Paradise Plumbing and AC. The work took two full days, but the workmanship was so detailed and thorough, that the time spent was absolutely worth it. Installers Johnny and Xavier were Professional, Courteous, Helpful, and Informative. They were careful with our property and removed all service items and old equipment. Johnny is an absolute Craftsman at doing custom installations. Even the subcontractors hired to form and place a new 12” x 4’ x 4’ concrete pad outside some of the best concrete finishing I’ve ever seen in South Florida. We’ll Done! I’m looking forward to an ongoing Maintenance Agreement with Paradise.

I was very happy to have a plumber come out the same day that I called. It turned out even better after meeting Jeremy and hearing how knowledgeable he was about my water heater situation. He quickly installed a new water heater and my problem was fixed the same day. Thank you Jeremy.

Can honestly say I would recommend this plumber to anyone. I got to have a great experience with the technician Randy. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He’s very respectful and offers great comfort ability as he works. We’ve been stressing not being able to fix our urnal/toilets. And he was able to assure us that we were not to panic and that he would make our day better and I can honestly say he’s the type of technician you definitely want coming to service you.

Paul D was so professional so helpful so fair and so so knowledgeable. Knew right away what was wrong in both areas and I couldn’t believe how time efficient he was and how well it all works now. He also was very nice in providing the human element in giving me great suggestions of places to bring my grandchildren. Great job! Thanks for hiring such a great employee! I’m spreading the word :)

Jeremy was here before 8 am and called because no one answered the door. He was professional and efficient and very pleasant. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Upgraded to better quality materials as shown in the photo.

Johnny and Xavier were wonderful! They were professional, efficient and great at problem solving. The job took much longer than expected but there were no complaints or grumbling. They were considerate and thorough in their explanations and made sure all components were working properly, cleaned everything up better than it had been. I would highly recommend this team!

Just when I thought the service couldn’t be any better, Jeremy arrived again with the new part for the spa. He replaced it quickly and efficiently. You never even know he has been there as everything is left just like when he arrived. Couldn’t be more professional or a nicer guy! Everything works like a charm! Jeremy arrived early and was very professional, courteous, kind, highly knowledgeable, understanding, honest, and efficient. Jeremy diagnosed the problem in under 15 minutes, explained the situation in a very straight-forward manner, and provided the plan for the situation to be resolved. He left the work space exactly like it was when he arrived. I will rely on Jeremy in the future! Great professional service!

I had an emergency backup and thought that I wouldn’t find anyone timely for a reasonable cost. Well the first call was a bust to another company after all my info they said the earliest they could come was 2 days away. I called the best social media rated company and was really happy. Pleasant answering the phone, with only a minor amount of information they said they could have someone out in an hour. Luis O was right on time and so pleasant too. He explained what he was doing and really seemed to go the extra mile to make sure the drain clog was truly gone. Luis O somehow made me happy when I was paying the bill. I would recommend this company highly and will use them for any future needs.

Melissa was the first person I talked to and she got me help with my plumbing problem that same day. She took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Alan the technician was early fast and good. He did a great job and was even nice with my dog , a big plus. I recommend them.

I called today because there was a leak in our master bathroom sink. Paradise was such a good experience. From Summer and the office team to Dillon, and the gentlemen who brought out extra parts, everyone was wonderful! They were able to get me in the same day, were really good about communicating time frames, the process, the costs and the instillation. Dillon arrived on time, took one look and was able to quickly identify the issue and present me with the repair options. Since I needed a faucet changed out and have two, he was able to work with his team and they brought out a second one that matched, so both faucets could be changed out in one call. Dillon set to work and in no time the job was done and the everything was cleaned up and neat looking. I was so impressed. Paradise will be my first call for any other plumbing issue that comes up. Well worth it.
