Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Paradise was the first company that appeared at Google when I search for a plumber. I called and the service Aquavia gave me over the phone was great, They had availability next day between 10am and 2pm and I had no reason to call another company. Next day they called me 1hr earlier of my window time advising they had a technician ready for me I accepted and Paul D arrived 15 mins after that. Very professional, knowledgeable and organized with all his tools, Paul with no time fixed the problem, gave me some tips on how to keep things working to last longer. Oh they have a very reasonable price. I recommend!!!

I heard good things about Paradise Plumbing, so I decided to try them out on a recent update prjoect that included installing a new toilet and vanity in my guest bathroom. Happy to say that I am very pleased with the service perfomed. The scheduling staff was very friendly and communicative. Randy was the technician who perfomed the work, he showed up exactly on time was great at what he does. Professional, Efficient, Knowledgeable and Tidy! I will definitely use them again in the future.

The technician, Matthew, was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The plumbing problem was fixed within a very reasonable timeframe and he even cleaned up afterwards! Great work and l would highly recommend him and Paradise Plumbing!

It was an absolute pleasure to have Cole come by this morning. He was kind, respectful and most of all professional! He gave me tips on how to maintain my ac in between maintainance which I greatly appreciated. It is VERY REAR for me to write a review, but this man deserves one. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Also, he is the reason why I will be extending my service contract with your company!

We arrived back to our condo late at night after a vacation to find that our AC unit was not powering on. I submitted an online work order at around 11pm. By 7:30am, I had a phone call and text message offering a service appointment within the next few hours. I called the office back and was promptly setup with an account and an appointment.

Service tech Raymond arrived within an hour of the phone call. Our unit wasn’t powering on and he quickly diagnosed the issue (broken capacitor) and suggested further preventative maintenance and their care plan. He walked me through the process and quickly provided a reasonable quote. The job was finished within an hour or so, and we had cool air even before finishing the paperwork. Raymond’s expertise and guidance was very helpful and he was a pleasure to chat with. We enjoyed the experience and signed up for their maintenance plan for our aging unit.

Amazing company to deal with. They have been very accommodating and willing to fix my humming noisy pipes issue at my condo. Juan the manager came out multiple times to make sure we got to the bottom of the problem, and told me the steps we needed to fix my issue. Paradise Plumbing give very fair and transparent pricing, and they made sure the customer is completely satisfied. I highly recommend this plumbing company!

Ray the technician was incredibly professional and helpful with managing our AC issue. He was quick to figure out the problem and laid out all the options I had to fix it. Especially nice was Ray's willingness to listen to my concerns and help lead me towards the right option without being pushy. Overall, the most pleasant experience I have had with and AC company/technician since moving to town.

Our apartment (along with my neighbors) experienced sewerage coming out of our shower drain and toilets. Reggie came to our rescue. He not only solved the problem but also cleaned up after. He went above and beyond his duty. So glad we called Paradise Plumbing.
