Paradise Air came to my rescue, after flood remediation from the 4/12 rain event had completed. AC went out and they had a new complete unit installed within two business days. The entire staff was so professional and kind during this unbelievable time.
The install team -Johnny and Javier were just an amazing team.

Dillon and Aden came out to fix our water heater after a crazy rainstorm event. They arrived as scheduled, and Dillon did a great job explaining the situation and options if they were not able to get the heater working, but he was able to get it to work. I feel confident contacting them if any future issues occur. Very much appreciate the service.

Good Friday and my main drain is clogged up in my cottage since the night before. Couldn't use the toilet, shower, use any water, otherwise everything backs up, and couldn't get in touch with my landlady. Called Paradise, and they had their tech, Randy, out in less than 2 hours. Friendly, highly professional, and knowledgeable, he got the job done in a timely manner, and I was up and flowing in short order. Thanks to Paradise Plumbing and Kudos to Randy for a job well done and the tips to keep this from happening again.

I needed a new toilet and a new valve and a new faucet for my tub. I think the labor cost is high but I’m sure all big companies are the same. If I bought my own toilet I’m sure I would have saved money but I had no experience and they did give me a nice toilet. The plumber installed the new toilet and the new valve and the faucet. It leaked a little because of the old plumbing and he replaced the parts and soldered it to make sure it wouldn’t leak. He was neat and clean and did a good job. The problem was he originally ordered the wrong size toilet and had to come back. The customer service reps were very nice and the supervisor assured me they would get me a nice toilet and apologized for the error. Aside from labor being so high, I have no complaints about this company and the people were professional.

It was a pleasure and convenient to create the appointment itself much fairer diagnostic fee than the other competitors in the area I called. Ray the technician came on time called me in advance of his arrival gave me a wealth of information and was easy to work with. Knowledgeable in his craft professional identifying and resolving the issue highly recommend for AC repair and maintenance.
