I don’t know what to say…
The technician told me $45,97 to snake my toilet , never gave me the chance to read the proposal , zoomed in into the part where I sign (my biggest mistake was never asked for the entire proposal, I trusted them) and they charged me $450,97 just to snake a toilet.
Yes, I signed, without reading the proposal, but still… $450 just to snake a toilet, it’s more than expensive…..
The supervisor called me , and we came into an agreement. They are professionals and work well…

Paradise Plumbing and Air Conditioning did a wonderful job locating a leak in our A/C unit on the roof of our condominium. They were able to retrieve the necessary parts directly from Carrier since it’s still under warranty. They did a great job repairing and the follow up is very professional. We did go with a biannual check up (at a cost) for peace of mind living in a high rise in very HOT south Florida.

We had something stuck in our toilet. I asked for a quote and the lady on the phone said the plumber would come out and give us a quote. He came out and said he could remove the item with the snake for $250. Very expensive but he was there so might as well. Then he came back and said he had to remove the toilet and it would cost $600!!! We were already invested so had to follow through. And now the entire inside of the toilet is scratched and black and I could have had a new toilet for less. Extremely expensive service. I would not recommend.

If you need reliable services instantly, can't go wrong with this company. They always answer and seem to have someone ready to go at any moment.

However, I felt it was pricey (they charged me $225 to turn a screw, no exaggeration, it was on my invoice as "tightened screw on relief valve") but they did show up within 30 minutes of me calling them and the staff member was very knowledgeable and kind. I would likely call them again; however, I will certainly get a quote before I have them do any work.

It really just goes down to the saying, you can only have two of the three -- Good, Fast, or Cheap. They are very good, they are very fast, but they are not cheap.

Absolutely recommend Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly examined and explained what needed to be done to resolve our plumbing issues. After the work was completed they even cleaned up the areas as well. The office personnel were very pleasant and professional as well. They made the process very easy to set up an appointment, explained appointment timeframe, and they even called afterwards to make sure that I received the receipt and to follow up on the services.

The most positive and professional company I ever deal with in Florida. It all start out with the call everyone I talked to while trying to book an estimate eas nice polite and extremely professional. The follow up by text message was a nice touch and when Ray showed up the next morning it was the cherry on the cake. i wont lie the price for the installlation and the system that they provided me was probably one of the most expensive I found but… but.. this is the price to pay to have honest people helping you during a new install! This company is amazing all around you wont be disappointed!!!!!

We can’t say enough good things about this company. We’ve used them twice…once for a toilet installation and most recently a pipe leak. Dylan was a true professional and fantastic. Can’t say enough good things. Honest, helpful. We will only use them going forward.

Ray was amazing. Super friendly. Fast response and came at night on a weekend! Can’t beat that when you need AC in South Florida!!!

Great customer service on the phone. The plumber arrived on time. Fixed the problem, cleaned up the area and left. Very personable and professional. Very pleased with the work and appreciated the communications with the office. I will call them again if I need help.
