Great experience with the business. Plumbing charges are flat rate, and it even turned it would've been more expensive. Our guest bathroom sink was super backed up and also the pipe connecting to the wall was clearly rusted and damaged. They were able to fix the issue and replace the pipe, and it was pretty fast/easy too. Plumbing fixes are never cheap but I thought this was worth it. Thank you Luis O. and Aden!

Came home for vacation and my AC wasn’t working. Called Paradise and Tech Cole showed up within the hour. Cole was very helpful in explaining me the issue. Even in the pouring rain he had the unit repaired in under one hour.

Nick came to perform an assessment of my water heater, it was not producing as it once did. Very professional and helpful. While I couldn’t proceed with the repair right away (due to my schedule), I would recommend Nick and Paradise.

‘John the Plumber’, a local competitor, provided quite the opposite experience, just out to gouge people and bonus, they charge you a fee to take advantage of you. Really enjoyed that and felt violated, I asked for a water heater repair, they tried to sell my a whole house water filtration system. Horrible!

I called Paradise Plumbing on a suggestion by another plumbing company because Paradise serviced the location I needed service. Their plumber Antonio did a great job. One plumber from another company gave me a price and then I never heard back. This is a condo that I have rented and there was a large amount of water coming from the shower faucet. I was in a real pinch and the condo board was being very demanding to get this fixed ASAP. Thank goodness I called Paradise. Antonio came out and gave me a very straightforward and honest assessment of the situation. The time, the price, the complexity. I honestly didn’t think I had a way out , but it got fixed and with not having to knock through the tile. Besides Antonio, the woman in the front office , Jasmine, was absolutely as professional and customer service oriented as someone could be. If you ever need a plumbing service, make sure you hire Paradise Plumbing … and make sure you request Antonio. They are the best around from my experience and I am very very satisfied.
