Randy came out today to install a tankless water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We would definitely work with Randy and Paradise again for any of our plumbing needs!!!

Working at Paradise it has truly taught me the real meaning of family! Mr. Matt is one of the good men that I have meet on my journey. The way he pours his heart and love into his company and the way he treats his customers, family and employees speaks volume about his character and proves that hard work, remaining humble and staying in the spirit of thanksgiving has truly touched my heart. He goes over and beyond for his customers to make sure that they get the best experience, prices and service. Quality over quantity! He has served his community and is always willing to lend a helping hand with his Technicians he goes out on the field and help them.

Within hours of calling, Paradise Plumbing came out to my house. They quickly diagnosed the issue, talked it through with me, and then proceeded to fix the issue. I want to give a shout out to Luis Ortiz- he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely request him next time!!

Jeremy did a great job replacing our hot water heater. He took the time to answer our questions and talk through other potential plumbing projects.

Luis D (Service Tech/plumber) was super informative. He didn't give flase hope or over exaggerate the problem. Although the problem was beyond Luis D scope, his professionalism has garnered the 5stars I'm giving. Jasmine from the call service center of Paradise plumbing and air conditioner was amazing personable all the while being professional.

Worst scam in South Florida. Won't give you an estimate until their plumber is at your house doing the work. Who does business like that! After spending over 800 they still couldn't fix my problem. All I had was something plastic stuck in my toilet. Worst experience of my life and I am reporting them to the BBB. Do yourself a favor and get someone else to do your work. These people will rob you blind!

Dillon came out and checked out the issue and gave me solid advice to fix and we were able to diagnose and get everything fixed! Highly recommend their company for future jobs!

Absolute scam artists. I called April 11th to have my HVAC unit checked for a refrigerant leak and have it corrected; the house would not cool. The "technician" Brandon, before identifying my HVAC unit nor having done an inspection, eyeballed my neighbors HVAC unit and said it looks old and needs to be replaced; at that moment I knew I was going to get worked over. I corrected him and pointed out my unit, which had been replaced 4years earlier and still under warranty, I told him what I believed was the issue and pointed out where the leak may be, as there was still refrigerant on the area; this clown told me alot of nonsense and said I would need to replace parts that wasn't required, as well as saying the leak detection would take him "hours" and "alot of work;" and that may not fix the issue and would be cheaper to replace the unit because it would be $380 for the first gallon of gas and $80+ for ever gallon there after, none of which was based on an inspection nor an actual leak detection. Why would I need gallons of gas for the HVAC unit when the refrigerant leaked? The invoices were for $6,740.00 to replace the HVAC unit, and $504.63 to do a leak detection. So, having done nothing, Brandon determined I would need to spend at the least $7,245 to fix an issue that I had another technician fix under an hour, with labor and refrigerant for $500. Wasted $70 for this "technician" to do nothing and attempt to scam me, ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND

I had a clogged bath tub and they dispatched someone immediately, who arrived within an hour. Dillon was professional and experienced. He identified the issue, provided a quote and resolved the issue in no time. I would highly recommend this service
